La ubicación en pleno Grass Market es perfecta y la casa es tal cual el anuncio, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Solo a tener en cuenta que se accede por una escalera de caracol, para nosotros no fue problema, pero si llevas maletas grandes o personas con movilidad reducida puede ser un problema. La comunicación con Gavin perfecta, hemos estado muy a gusto!

This apartment was perfect for my family of 4. Plenty of space with all of the amenities in a perfect location. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment and if I return to Edinburgh would most definitely stay again.

The location is right in the middle of the Old Town and main tourist attractions, which is very convenient. The apartment is spacious with a very well equiped, and large, kitchen. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby. Naturally, the area is very busy, so lighter sleepers may want some earplugs and a sleep mask.

The location was perfect! The flat itself was nice inside. It can be very noisy due to the restaurant downstairs, emptying bottles and rubish etc. But the location absolutely makes this flat a good rental.

What a lovely apartment. It was spotless. The kitchen was well appointed and beds were so comfortable. It was very nice for five ladies.The location was perfect, so close to the "royal mile". It is definitely somewhere I would stay again. Thank you very much Gavin for the very enjoyable stay.

Overall, a great spot to stay. Right on the Grassmarket, so close to everything. Internet didn’t work in the apartment, which was unfortunate. Once we were able to connect with the owner, he was very responsive and helpful. I’m confident that he’ll get things fixed, so we do recommend this property.

Die Lage war überragend, direkter Blick auf den Grassmarket und direkt an der Winkelgasse. Die Burg war vom Fenster aus zu sehen. Die Küche hatte alles da, was man braucht. Nur bei der Badezimmertür sollte Griff repariert werden. Und nachts ist es (erwartbar bei der Lage) etwas laut, da viele Nachtschwärmer unterwegs waren.

The property was clean and well-appointed. It lacked basic amenities like shampoo, which I must have misread that it’d be available. However, there was a washer/dryer which was handy and helpful. Had I not read previous reviews, I wouldn’t have been prepared for the 36, narrow, spiral stairs leading up to the apartment. Americans: first level does not mean ground floor. The stairs and their style should be clearly visible in the apartment description. The locale is top-notch. Right in Old town. We were there during fringe, so it was loud. I suspect it will be noisy in other months, but not as much. It did not affect our enjoyment of being in the heart of it all. This isn’t a critical review; we enjoyed our time there (comfy couches!). Just pointing out a couple things to expect.

- Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Von hier aus lässt sich Edinburgh ideal zu Fuß erkunden.- Toll ausgestattete Wohnung, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat.- Am Abreisetag durften wir netterweise unsere Koffer noch einige Stunden länger in der Wohnung stehen lassen, so dass wir die Zeit bis zur Fahrt zum Airport noch prima nutzen konnten. Vielen Dank an Gavin!

Awesome location! The unit was clean and had everything that we needed. Definitely would recommend to others and if we ever get back to Scotland, we would love to stay there again.

An excellent location! Walking to Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, Real Mary King’s Close, Everything you want to see! Multiple shops, restaurants and Old Pubs. Overall a great place to stay!

Incredible location right on Grassmarket and Victoria streets. Easy access to shopping, dining, and only a few minutes walk to the Castle!The host responds quickly to questions, and the whole process went smoothly!
