"Good location. Easy walk to dining and transportation. They could leave instructions on how to use washer/dryer but otherwise everything was fine. It is a basement unit and the last night the people above us made a lot noise but that’s not anything the owner can control. Nice size using and close to dining and shopping. It does not have AC - not a complaint but just for information. It would have been nice to have had a fan."

"The apartment was wonderful - exactly as described. Great location to get pretty much anywhere you need to be in the city. All the necessities were onsite. Spotless and very comfortable. Bed in the master wax excellent. Ensuite excellent. Some nice touches including great towels. For newcomers to Edinburgh, the Hop on Hop off bus is right across the street, a great way to introduce yourself to the city. Communication with Shahid was great. Overall, an excellent property."

"La casa esta muy bien ubicada, a un paso de todos los sitios, es muy grande y cómoda, los dueños son muy amables y enseguida solucionan cualquier problema, el único inconveniente es el baño grande que sólamente disponía de agua caliente no conseguíamos agua fría y es bastante incómodo aunque he de decir que no avisamos a los dueños de este problema ya que seguramente nos lo habrían solucionado. La camass eran grandísmas y muy cómodas, la cocina en general bien equipada aunque creo que se podria...

"Morris was excellent and quick to respond to any enquiry.Flat is bang in the centre of Edinburgh and hard to imagine a property of this quality anywhere better situated.Steam shower a real treat with fantastic water pressure.My wife and I are 73 and 72 respectively and the stairs up to the flat were initially a bit tiring, but we got used to the ascent fairly quickly. Lots of character in this 200 year old building, overall it is as described, a luxury flat."
