As you enter this townhome on the main level, it features first the dining room with a table for 8, then the living room with a two-story gas fireplace and adjacent kitchen. In addition to double ovens and a four burner gas stove, the kitchen is filled with every convenience to make entertainment & meal preparation convenient. New caste iron pans, new glasses and new storage containers make it easy to enjoy every aspect of your visit. Off of the kitchen area is small patio. A Master Suite is on this level features a very nice king bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and separate jetted tub. The main level also has half bathroom in the hallway and access to the two car garage.

Upstairs Features 3 bedrooms including another Master Suite with a private entrance. It features a king bed, a gas fireplace plus a small kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge. There is a washer/dryer on the 3rd level and there will be couple loads of detergent included.
Upstairs is a bedroom a queen bed, a bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (twins) and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The lower level features a bunk room (2 queen beds bunk + 2 twin beds trundle), a shared bathroom with walk in shower and a spacious living room. Access for the private outdoor hot tub is via the lower level and there is a BBQ grill to enjoy. Extra towels are by the door. There is a nice grassy area with a view of the community summer pool and year round community hot tub. The pool is normally open Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. The lower level also has a movie room with recliner seats for 12 and a projector screen, enjoy satellite tv, DVD or stream from your online accounts, the wi-fi has just been updated and new router installed to reliably provide high speed internet.

Make sure to book for winter soon! Powder Mountain will be completing their DMI lift this fall increasing the public accessed terrain by about 20%. The beginner lift, Sundown, is also getting replaced this summer. Reserve your tickets online in advance as they do sell out. Night skiing is especially popular with prices less than $25 per ticket!
