Gas fireplace, a grill on the patio with lighting, extra ski storage, and room for the whole crew — beds for six plus a sofa bed and floor pads.



The Space:

Main-floor corner unit, easily accessible with free parking right outside. The primary bedroom has a workspace chair and table, a sofa bed, and a large-screen TV. The kitchen seats three at the counter, with a folding table in the living area for four more. Downstairs stays cool in the summer and snug and warm in winter. 5G WiFi, a pop-up baby bed, and two trifold sleeping pads are on hand for extra guests.



Guest Access:

Full access to the condo plus the Moose Hollow community amenities: communal pool, two hot tubs open year-round, sauna, gym, and game room. Your personal 4-digit door code arrives the day before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Moose Hollow in Eden — a true ski-in/ski-out condo community at the base of the mountains, built for year-round play. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes (shuttle stop adjacent), Snowbasin about 20, Nordic Valley about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Downtown Ogden about 25; the Side Winder Trail is close for hiking and biking.



Getting Around:

A car is handy for Ogden Valley, with the Powder Mountain shuttle picking up right at the community. Free parking on site. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pets are not allowed at this property.
