"4.5 stars for me. It was a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was responsive and kind. Loved the decor. Simple place but really cute. Only concern was a tricky lock pad but owner gave options for entry, I hate disturbing people in the middle of the night, but he made me feel comfortable and not an inconvenience. I would stay again since I work in government. There is a really nice Starbucks and EV charging station near by. "

"The location was beautiful, check-in process was simple, but the house needs some attention. I sent a list of things to the property manager who assured me those things would be addressed. Probably the most impactful to us was the lack of hot water all weekend, although i didnt mention anything until the last day because i didnt want to deal with someone in there repairing or replacing a water heater while we were staying there. Again, beautiful location and that deck is very nice. "

When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. "Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! "

"We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it"

Left little guest bags for us.Mix up about the bathrooms. It is 1.5 not 2. Since that was my search feature I was very disappointed. Joseph was apologetic and very polite.
