"Exactly what I was expecting. The room had everything I needed, excellent location and everything was clean all the time. Not noise at all and a nice balcony. Maybe a minibar to cool my beverages would be fine, but it's not a deal breaker. I absolutely recommend this hotel for people beeing all day outside and just using it to sleep. "

"The hotel is in a convenient location nearby Paddington station. The ladies serving breakfast are way too kind. Only downside was the room is on a 4th floor, no elevator and narrow steps, something to be mindful if traveling with heavy luggage."

"We arrived on Sunday and they seemed a bit surprised we arrived earlier then the check in time and it wasn’t opened. But they let us leave our luggage and our stay at the hotel was great. My boyfriend said he never stayed in a room as big in London. The bed, towel were great, good breakfast included. I would definitely recommend the hotel. "

"Great spot to stay. Lovely to have the castle grounds to wander around after hours. We really enjoyed our stay in a deluxe double room overlooking the gardens. So much to see and do in the castle and castle grounds and lovely walks with a great view of the castle. We ate in the Castle View Restaurant in the evening and enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was also good. Reception staff so welcoming and explained everything brilliantly. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights in July, was not sure what to expect but the staff were an absolute delight! The rooms were spotless and the amenities were well thought out (we had a fan already provided due to the heat!) We ate in the attached restaurant - was really tasty. Whilst they didn't have one of the breakfast options (no avocado either morning despite having a huge morrisons down the road!) the breakfast was tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend if you are staying on the Isle...
