"Host was amazing, but when I got to the room it was absolutely sweltering, and the A/C just barely worked I checked in at 4pm but my room wasn’t cooled enough for me to comfortably sleep until 3am, I only stayed one night, it’s proximity to the airport was great a short ride up the road. The host set up a transport for us for $10 USD per person(you must have cash), they do not accept their own currency, which I found a bit weird. "I cannot say enough about our stay here. We are Americans and used to airport hotels. St. Lucia does not have airport hotels, they have small guest houses. We were stranded as a result of the big storm in the US on January 25 2026. We had nowhere to stay. We chose Nerv's because of the proximity to the airport, literally across the road. "Booking this villa last minute turned out to be a lifesaver. My daughter got stuck in St. Lucia after missing her non-rev flight, and finding a place on short notice could have been a nightmare. Instead it was a total win. The team was communicative and helpful from the start, making a stressful situation so much easier. "Honestly the apartment exceeded my expectations. Not only was the apartment impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished, my husband and I kept saying it felt like we were in Bali. The decor was minimalist, sleek and modern. We only stayed one night because we were taking a connecting flight through St. Lucia but we plan on returning for a longer getaway vacation in the future. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with providing transportation to get around."
