Plenty of space. Quiet area close to everything. Super pet friendly, had extra things for our dogs. We loved the walking path in the backyard. Hot tub was super relaxing. Great place, we would definitely come back!

House was very nice, quiet neighborhood, and close to town. Probably one of the cleanest rentals I’ve been in. Had everything we needed to cook some meals at home. It felt very organized and obvious the owners put some effort into making it a nice stay. They even offered early check in even though I missed the message, the gesture was very nice. I also really appreciated it being a dog friendly home and the dog appreciated the large bed. Even offered water and food bowls which was a nice touch. The hot tub was nice after a day of hiking and was also clean. I was sad to not stay longer and would stay here again next time we’re on the island.

Such a comfy and clean house, had everything we needed! Other reviews are correct that the primary corner tub would take forever to fill, but that didn't bother us. We loved the king bed, I slept for more than 12 hours on it one night and felt great when I woke up. Great set up for dogs, with couch covers and dog towels provided. Extremely clean hot tub. Some of the cleanest sheets I've seen in any vacation rental (this is VERY important to me). Yes you are in a little neighborhood of manufactured homes and right behind the gas station, but it's Orcas so what this really means is that you're wonderfully close to town. Still surrounded by beautiful trees, and the other homes on the street are well-loved. If you're looking for a remote and isolated stay this isn't it, but if you want the perfect centrally-located comfy base for relaxing between adventures this is it! Layout was great for us (couple traveling with friend). New pots/pans are the only thing I'd change (flaking circulon didn't seem safe to use). Would absolutely stay here again.

This home is conveniently located just outside of Eastsound. It is super comfortable and nicely appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were wonderful and it’s very dog friendly. Our dog even enjoyed the provided bed more than her own! Great hikes nearby also! Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

The house was nice and clean, love the privacy of the yard area with all the cedar & pine trees. The king bed was way too hard for this seasoned traveler. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is you couldn't walk to Eastsound or anywhere else without walking on very busy roads.

Great Stay!!

We traveled from New Jersey to Orcas Island a couple of weeks ago. We are so glad that we found Todd and Lori's home. It was such a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Prior to the trip, I had a few inquiries that they responded to quickly and were extremely helpful. Their home is lovely and well-equipped in every way. The beds were very comfortable and the linens high quality. We took advantage of many things Orcas Island has a lot to offer visitors (wineries, golf, shops, trails, restaurants, etc.), but we also took time to just relax at the house and enjoy the amenities. The grounds are beautiful- it was like having our own private enchanted forest. The lovely outdoor lighting made it a perfect place to kick back after dinner, enjoy some local wines, and hangout with our family. The house has a really sweet vacation vibe, very special place. We highly recommend it. Thank you, Todd and Lori, for being exceptional hosts! We hope to return in the future.

Orcas Island Family Vacation

We had a great time during our family vacation to Orcas Island. This house was perfect for us. We had a small issue when we arrived with the door code, but Todd responded right away and it was taken care of instantly. We had no issues for the rest of our stay. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting the island.

Well stock with appliances, could use more dishes as we had to run dishwasher to have more clean dishes each day. But everything was great but the beds we did not sleep well.

You need to stay here!!

What a warm, cozy, right-in-the-center-of-town place to stay! We were barely five minutes from the town center so that made it easy to get groceries or find restaurants with really good food. The hosts were extremely thoughtful, having all sorts of conveniences around the house like extra blankets and an air mattress and even a small backpack in case you needed one! They responded very promptly to every message I sent, even when I sent one without stopping to think that it was Thanksgiving night. The house was very clean and roomy and comfortable, with all modern updates. I would not hesitate to stay at any of their homes in the future. Thank you, Lori and Todd!

Amazing home close to Eastsound!

Beautiful and clean home close to Eastsound but just far enough away to avoid all the tourist traffic. We traveled with pets and they had a bed, bowls and an entire basket of blankets and sheets for pups to use. Beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable and the master shower was so cool as it included a Bluetooth speaker! Huge smart tv and comfy all around! We would love to stay again!

Quiet, peaceful getaway

The house was clean and very well stocked with many immenities. The bed was very comfortable. The house is very close to town, a lake and great hiking. This is our second time coming here and we will definitely be back again!
