  • Newly Constructed, (2018) Family owned vacation home on a quiet, relaxing 2 acre country setting overlooking the Mississippi River! Our 2500 sq. ft. home welcomes you to the warmth, taste and style of the Driftless Area. Just 4 miles from Gatherings on the Ridge, 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Prairie Du Chien and a short jaunt to the river. Sleeps 8-10, 5 queen beds , 2 baths, master bath with jacuzzi tub, full kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, toaster, waffle iron(bring your mix) keurig, coffee pot, complimentary coffee, etc.) Linens, towels, and grill provided. Fire pit (please bring wood)picnic table and cement patio out back with chairs. Spend a day on the river, plan a hike at Pikes Peak, golfing, Effigy Mounds or take a drive on The Great River Road! Also close to Villa Louis Historic Site, river boat rentals, enjoy Friday night Fish fry at Spring Lake, lunch at Simply, pizza at the Porch. Apple orchards, Sunrise and West Ridge, are also abundant in the fall! Located 1 mile off Highway 35, public boat dock within 5 minutes, and many attractions to visit. WiFi available

    Mt LaCrosse is a fun, family ski lodge located about 45 minutes from Hypoint, visit in the winter and spend the day on the slopes 😊

    We understand families with dogs, so we are trying to accommodate to this. Dogs are NOT allowed in the loft or on furniture (including beds)Please keep them to one area of the house. Limiting the pet hair is a must. You need to pick up after them outside. We strive on keeping the house clean. CATS not allowed! Please add $100 pet(dog)fee to your booking or leave at house. Family Vacation

Stunning views, beautiful house and great location made for a wonderful vacation for our whole family. This was probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in.

The most beautiful view

I used this property for my bridesmaids and I and it exceeded my expectations! It is Furnished beautifully and the communication from the homeowner was very punctual and kind. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Comfy house with beautiful view

The house is very well kept and had all we needed. The view was amazing and we loved trying to spot birds and barges with the telescope. Foosball was a big hit too! It was a great house and we were so grateful to have a place where our dog could stay.

Fantastic place to stay with our family! Location was great. Plenty of room for parking. We brought rangers, 4 wheeler and fishing boat. The deck had a great peaceful view. Easy to get around in the kitchen. The only thing to consider is no dishwasher. Not a problem just something to keep in mind. Would consider this house again if we visit again.

Celebrate Love

I was actually unable to make it and booked it for the groom and his groomsmen. They told me that they loved the place so much that they actually took bridal photos at the location. The place is beautiful.

Family reunion

The house was perfect for our family! Everything you need and more was available. We all enjoyed the basement area with games and lnenty if room to roam. Evening around the fire pit and s’mores were also a great hit! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us and helping us make memories for a life time!

Wonderful!

Fantastic views and beautifully decorated home. The surrounding area is just perfect to go out exploring whether it's hiking, boating, shopping, dining or finding a good brewery! And, if you don't feel like doing anything, Hypoint Loft is so comfortable, you feel like you're home. Deck is so relaxing to sit on & do nothing!!! So appreciative that we could bring our 2 dogs. Sara was great to work with! Definitely recommend! Thank You so much for sharing your home. Merrie & Gene

Great place!

This is an incredible place with a great view of the Mississippi from the deck. Nice and quiet location. The place was exceptional clean and had a lot of amenities. I'm looking forward to staying again!

Amazing Time!

We absolutely loved staying in the Hypoint Loft! From the bird feeders to the great view, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our two little boys loved sleeping in the loft area, and my husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck with the wonderful view! We even saw fireworks on our last night there. The fire-pit was awesome, and our boys tried their first s'mores there! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect house for us

We loved the property. Beautiful views andIt very clean Would recommend clearer instructions on how to use TV and log on to WI FI. Would also be helpful to spray grass for bugs. Would return again.

Amazing!

Sarah and her boys came to my rescue when my car wouldn’t start! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Amazing communication, amazing suggestions and amazing views! We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone we met was very kind and helpful. I had never visited Prairie du Chien but definitely would love to return in the fall when the leaves begin turning. I can’t say enough great things about this lovely home and town. :) It was a major plus that there was great internet/wifi service so I was able to get some work done on my laptop and connect to my Netflix account on the smart TV.

Awesome Place with an AMAZING View

This is a great house with an absolutely AMAZING view. If you are staying in the are this is the place to do it. The property is spectacular and the are is beautiful. We had soooo much fun out here and were very comfortable. The owner is great to work with and very accommodating. I don't give out too many 5 Star reviews. This one earned every star!!!!

Peaceful and gorgeous!

We enjoyed our stay at Hypoint Loft so much we are already planning the next trip out! Thanks so much to our wonderful hosts, every need was met and then some!! Sara did an amazing job communicating and making sure we were comfortable. The view from the deck is more beautiful in person and the sunsets were incredible! Can’t wait to return 😀

Beautiful location with a few mechanical deficiencies.

Property was very clean and pretty well equipped upon arrival. It is easy to find and the parking is very good. We were unable to get a response from the host to see if the property had wifi (it did not). She said they had a "smart" tv, but that's pretty well worthless if there is no wifi. Kitchen is well equipped, but be aware there is no dishwasher. The Keurig and supplies for it were very much appreciated. The refrigerator was wonderful, but in these Covid times, all opened condiments should be removed for the next guests. There were not enough knives for cooking (paring, utitlity etc) and we had to use not very sharp steak knives for food prep. The microwave worked well, but the oven was a disaster. We tried to preheat to cook potatoes. It was set on preheat for 325 degrees and it took over an hour and a half to get to 311 degrees and it never got better. We tried to get it warm enough to heat up leftover pizza, but we failed. The decorating is cute, and we really enjoyed the little twinkle lights all over the place. The beds were comfortable. However....and here is the biggest issue. My husband and I were using the lower bedroom that is adjacent to the utility room. The furnace was loud, but we got accustomed to it firing up. The water softener was set to recycle at 2am and it squeeled like a pig every time. Last night it was so loud, our friend actually came down to our room to see if we were OK. When I looked in the reservoir this morning there was not one grain of salt in there. The poor machine was trying to do its job without the proper materials.

Celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday here

This place was amazing! So beautiful and tranquil. Sara communicated prior to arrival everything we would need and then some. When we got there, she even had balloons and cupcakes waiting for us for my daughters birthday! We all decided to come back as often as possible!

Eastman Getaway

Beautiful spot overlooking the Mississippi, Besides the normal accolades for this location, one thing that turned out to be very special for us was the star gazing. It was great to be away from the City lights and actually see the stars. Also, our timing could not have been better. The weather was great and the leaf viewing was at its best.

Rendezvous Days canceled but not our Family Fun Weekend

Perfect setting for a family to gather. Beautiful view of the Mississippi. Although the Rendezvous Days in Prairie Du Chien was canceled due to Covid19, my family (sisters, in-laws and parents) decided we would stay for a relaxing weekend. The home accommodations were perfect. We enjoyed daytime and nighttime campfires, played some foosball, relaxed on the spacious upper and lower patios while watching the big barges on the Mississippi. My parents especially enjoyed the time with their daughters :) We will be back again sometime soon

Prefect getaway!

We loved this house! The view is incredible and the location was great. Far enough away from chaos, but close enough for anything you might need and plenty of things to do. The owners were absolutely on top of any questions we had. 5 stars!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at HyPoint Loft. The deck was our favorite spot and even with the extreme heat, mid 90's, we spent most of our free time there. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the yard and the walks along Hypoint Lane. We did have a problem with the Jacuzzi, but Sara was going to address that.
