Incredible home! Like new condition. Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was perfect! The house is well stocked with supplies. The host was very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had. Great home and great location. We are looking forward to visiting again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful location with beautiful views. All the little things you could think of needing were stocked and the kitchen was well supplied! The hot tub got used every night and we enjoyed a lovely, cozy weekend. It snowed the first night we were there and the driveway was already cleared before most of house was awake. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved breakfasts on the deck with the beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The extra amenities were unexpected and welcomed. Snacks, coffee pods, and toiletries were provided. The stay was a peaceful getaway in beautiful surroundings.

A perfect getaway surround by nature. We say many deer on the property. The views from the balcony are stunning and a great place to relax. The house has every convenience you can think of. State of the art appliances and vey comfortable beds. The hot tub was an added bonus! Waking up to a sunrise in the king loft was the best! I would stay here again!!!

Great Stay Indoors/Outdoors Needs Some Attention

The actual house itself was fantastic, it had plenty of rooms and accommodations with 2 TVs and some Bluetooth speakers that made it easy to create a relaxed ambience throughout the house. The hot tub area and fire pit beneath the deck was a huge plus. However, the maintenance of the outdoor areas of the property were rather lacking. The driveway and lawn area was extremely overgrown, the umbrella for the outdoor table was filled with ants, and the grill had a mouse nest and dead mice inside it which was a huge detriment to our plans for grilling for our 4th of July trip. The property itself was a nice place to stay but hopefully the grounds keeping improves for anyone who stays next.

Was the perfect location for a chill bachelorette weekend get away. Enjoyed the hot tub, campfire & hammock. Had all the amenities we could want & extra supplies in case we forgot anything. Everything was thought of even having fire starter & snacks!

Wonderful property with stunning view

House is very well appointed, found everything in tip-top shape. Very clean upon arrival. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Coffee/tea and many small things that can help make the stay more enjoyable without first going to the super market were provided (paper towels, cleaning utensils etc.). View from kitchen, dining room or the comfortable recliner chairs in the sitting area is simply wonderful. Prairie du Chien with grocery stores/Walmart/restaurants is about a 20 minute scenic drive away. Truly enjoyed staying at this property.

Family Christmas Weekend

The property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking. This is an excellent property if you have kids because they have everything you need including kids games, toys, pack-n-play, baby gates, kids dishes, and more! It was the small touches that made all the difference, like having extra toothpaste and toothbrushes if you forgot yours, a basket of snacks, special makeup towels, and much more! We did have an issue with the hot tub being cloudy when we got there, but I contacted the property manager and she came out, changed the filters and added some chemicals, and by the next day it was much better. I'm sure we will be back again sometime!
