We booked this place for a mini get away and to celebrate new years here. We realised upon arrival that the property was not as described and that the rooms were much smaller, though the furniture and everything appeared to be similar to the photos. We also queried about late check-out both on Vrbo message and emails but never got a response. We also asked the women who dropped the keys off about late check out, but were advised to speak to the main property host. However, we didn't bother since we have already been ignored twice and didnt want to cause any issues during our stay and let it ruin our trip.
Also, upon arrival we were told that there were no pots and pans as the previous guests had taken these but then after a request, the lady said she can get it from another property and dropped it off to us later.
A bit disappointing, booking for the first time via Vrbo and the property was not the same as described or as per the pictures on the listings.
