Had curtains and windows wide open all night - sounds of the sea will be a long term memory of our stay in NZ & saw a greart sunrise. Please don't be put off by the external bathroom - it is via a short covered walkway & very well fitted out - made us both grin at 0200hrs - not an incovenience at all! if only we could have stayed longer!"

"The room was spotless and very big. Despite being the noisy room overlooking the street we had no issues with it. My only concern, lovely and friendly as they were was room service was too early and they walked in too soon to get to the door. A simple sign on the door to say we didnt need it would have helped. We would happily stay again."
