Inside, you’ll find a two-story home with 4 bedrooms designed for comfort, two on each floor. On the first floor, there are two queen bedrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious king bedroom and another bedroom with two trundle beds — one queen and one full. A full bathroom on each floor ensures all guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

After a day of shell-collecting or sandcastle-building, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in the soothing hot tub. End your day by the sea by grilling your fresh catch or favorite meal, then gather around the dining table on the wrap-around deck to savor delicious meals under the Cape Cod breeze.
This home guarantees fun no matter the weather! The basement features an inviting entertainment lounge with a game room with a foosball table, and a home theater complete with an 80+ inch TV, video games, and top of the line sound system.

Venture out and you’re just minutes from iconic spots like Sunken Meadow Beach or further a little more to First Encounter and Coast Guard Beach, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and Eastham’s top seafood shacks, as Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar or Brickhouse Seafood and Grill.
