Beach house

Wonderful large and spacious home near the beach and close to shops and restaurants. House was super clean and had three levels to accommodate all ten of us from age one to seventy including two teens who loved the game room

Wonderful week in Eastham

The week at this house was wonderful. As good as advertised and more. They have literally thought of EVERYTHING! Need beach chairs - shed is full of them (and every beach toy imaginable). Cut yourself beachcombing - first aid kit. Gas grill runs out of gas during dinner - spare cans in the shed. House is spacious, beautiful and well decorated. Kitchen is equipped for anything and everything. Deck is delightful and relaxing. Easy short walk to beach for a swim, walk or incredible sunsets.

this was a gift to my wife for her 70th birthday which was in January.

The home and location were perfect for our family gathering. Plenty to keep all ages from 1 to 70 entertained especially since the weather was not perfect. The beach was a short, pleasant walk away. The pool table, foosball and books and games were great! The Piano was a real bonus as my wife Denise is an avid musician and palys daily. She was thrilled. We would definitely return.

Hatch Road pleasure

A really lovely house in a fine location. Very well stocked and equipped kitchen (we cook a lot). Only 3 complaints. The downstairs bedrooms ( a little dark and pokey) had a horrendous pile of dead beetles which my daughter had to clean out - and which certainly ought to have been caught by the cleaning staff before our arrival. The downstairs beds were brutally uncomfortable and made for sleepless nights - again for our daughter and son in law. Some mattress upgrading needed there. And of course on our very last night there was the mysterious alarm beeping which had to be traced by the Eastham Fire officers (very nice people) to a water leak alert coming from BEHIND the fridge - so inaccessible to us until thje firemen pulled the fridge out from the wall. I expect that's been seen to - hope so! But all in all we had a lovely time: much birding, walks at low tide, seal spotting.. and the grandchildren very happy .

Perfect Family Vacation

Everything we needed and MORE to have a perfect beach vacation! The house was beautiful, immaculate and very spacious. The kids enjoyed the game room having ping pong tournaments every night. The shed in the back was packed with beach supplies including chairs, boogie boards, tubes, a beach wagon and bikes. We utilized the 2 kayaks as well on the Bay which was a very short walk down a sandy block. The management company went above and beyond to make sure we were informed at all times. Check in and out went very smoothly.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. House is well cared for, spacious, and clean. The beach is a short walk and pristine. The property management were super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cape Cod Magic!

Wonderful location and home... all the amenities you could hope for and more! A family reunion of our adult children and their partners was absolutely perfect... cooking together in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen was so fun no one wanted to go out to dinner! Sunsets from the deck and beach, kayaking and relaxing on the beaches... couldn't have been better. Thank you for a trip we'll all remember for years to come!

A wonderful week

We had a great stay in Eastham. The house was so spacious that we never felt like we were on top of each other. There was so much wonderful common area, perfect for rainy days (though we only had one morning with some drizzle). The dining spaces were great, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the game room, especially the ping pong, and all extras e.g. boogie boards, floaties, and the ocean kayaks. It was easy to book and easy to check in and out, and communicate with the property manager. We loved the location, not far from the bay beach (which is just one flight down -- the pics seem like they could be misleading but they are not!). We also drove to the Coast Guard beach two days. The only thing that wasn't great for our group was the size of the downstairs bedrooms, we used the tiny closet bedroom for my son but it was a little stuffy and noisy with the bathroom next door, not ideal for him. But otherwise everyone was happy! We had a great week!

Sibling spectacular!

We rented this house for our annual sibling/cousin trip. The house was everything it was advertised to be. We had plenty of space for privacy but also great common areas to hang out in. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook in several nights. The owners were gracious enough to allow us access to bikes and kayaks which got heavy use! Definitively recommend this house!

Cape Cod delight

Tastefully decorated, this lovely property is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. We were delighted to find paper and plastic products, beach toys and chairs, bikes (and helmets!), and a multitude of everyday living necessities that made our stay easy. We loved the multiple places for people to gather. Spaces we loved: living room, dining room, game room, kitchen, deck, master bedroom and bath, sitting area under the deck. Based on our experience we would say that the house realistically accommodates two adult couples and three children not including the pullout sofa in the game room. We say this because of the configuration and size of the bedrooms on the lower level. They were not quite satisfactory. Only one of them is suitable for adults; one contains a single bed with no space for anything else since the head, foot and one side of the bed touch walls; two of the bedrooms had no closet. Access to these bedrooms is via steep back stairs or through one of the bedrooms. As to bathrooms - the bath on the lower level functions but should be upgraded. There is a full bath on the main living level - an odd location off the living room and game room not near any bedrooms. One further note - we suggest that king sized bed pillows be provided for the king sized bed.

Great Family Property

The common space in this unit was extraordinary. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked and the neighboring dining room, with immediate access to the deck, was superb. The game room gobbled up people. Access to the beach was welcome. The unit had plenty of "toys" for the water. The wi-fi was fast and reliable. The only reservation was the sleeping arrangements. We had 3 married couples and 4 singles and felt like we were one double bed short. But, we made it work and everyone seemed pleased and happy.

Our location was immaculate, no problems and a great location.

I can not say enough of our experience with Vrbo and Pretty picky properties. If we were to choose what our worst experience with this rental we would be petty. All was top notch and we had a fabulous family vacation. The property was as spacious as the 3500 well renovated sf of living space with mutilple places for everyone to enjoy with or with out company of each other. No one complained about this vacation. This was certainly one of our best choices, and would not hesitate to venture with this group in our next family vacation.
