Even off season this house was exactly what we were looking for it had views that went on forever. Our host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a wonderful holiday. House is clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available including steps to the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We look forward to making this an annual tradition.

Beautiful view of the water - the pictures don’t even do it justice. Great dog friendly property that is in a great neighborhood in Eastham. Spent a couple nights over the new year holiday for some quiet time and even in the off season it is a great property. Can’t imagine how magnificent it is in the summer!

Gorgeous spot to stay - even when there are gale force winds in the winter! The view from the dining room and living room is amazing, the house was clean and uncluttered, and it had great appliances, water pressure, and Wifi.The host provided a crate appropriately sized for our dog in case we needed it, which was very nice!We enjoyed watching movies in the living room and playing games at the dining table during the rainy day and driving out to beaches on the sunny ones. While there are steps down to the beach, they ended on rocks and both were icy after the rainstorm and then below freezing temperatures. In warmer times we would have gone down to the beach for walks and wading.Overall, this was a great place to stay on the Cape, and we hope to stay here again when it's warm enough to open the windows and enjoy ocean breezes.

This is the 2nd time we've rented this property, and the experience was just as awesome as the 1st time. Home was clean and well stocked. Nice touches throughout to include welcome basket with snacks, oatmeal packets in the kitchen, beauty masks in the bathroom, all the switches had labels, and of course, homemade secret recipe cookies by Tara which were amazing. Even the dogs had a goodie bag of treats and poo poo bags. The house has a full-size washer/dryer, vacuum, broom and cleaning supplies so it was easy to keep things tidy. We had a minor hiccup at check-in and Tara was very responsive. This house, the location, and the management company is fantastic, and we look forward to returning again!

Magical. Wonderful location situated right on the beach and the bay. Space was plentiful and we only needed the first level. Play space for kids in basement and two bedrooms at floor 2. Parking space adjacent to property. 2 steps up to main door so easy for older folks.

Quick winter getaway with another couple celebrating a birthday, also. Everything was perfect. The view was gorgeous.The house was adorable, even in the dead of winter.Can't even imagine how great it would be in the summertime.

Wouldn't change a thing!

We were a group of three friends who stayed for a week. The location is perfect, the house is at the end of the road, there was no traffic and no neighborhood noise. We stayed in November, the three houses on the driveway are close together, so it would be busier in warmer months. The house was fully equipped and very clean. The downstairs bedroom and full bath make it convenient for those who may have trouble with stairs. The half bath upstairs was nice for the people staying upstairs. There is a large deck outside the expansive picture windows, you couldn't get better views. I enjoyed the fireplace on the chilly days. Tara was very quick to respond to my questions, I enjoyed working with her and would be happy to return another time.

Book It!!!

Beautiful quaint home located right on the water with amazing views! After a long drive we walked into a welcoming home with a lot of personal touches. Soft jazz music playing, a welcome bag with snacks, and even our dogs had their own bowls, snacks, crates, including poo poo bags. I really didn't need to pack anything for the pooches except their food. House was very clean, well-stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee & tea, plenty of towels and comfortable beds & pillows. This house has a nice bar set-up and ice maker. Majority of the light switches had labels, so you weren't flicking switches on and off trying to figure out what switch turned on what light. I really appreciated all the details. Tara, hostess, was very communicative from the initial booking and even checked in shortly after we arrived. A house manual was provided with all the information someone new would appreciate in getting settled to the nuances of the home and area. Even though I've been to the Cape several times, the thoroughness of the website with all the details a visitor to Cape Cod would need was awesome. The house has private steps to the beach, the deck had plenty of seating to enjoy the sun during the day and a cozy fire unit to enjoy in the evening. Our family had a terrific experience with this Company and house. Look no more, book this property now!

Beautiful Property and incredible view

Beautiful, spotless property that comes equipped with more than you need - no meed to bring anything but yourself. Local weather includes a slight breeze generally (according to locals) so it never feels hot and you can enjoy the deck overlooking the beach or sit on the beach below. Breathtaking views, great restaurants in the area. Best vacation rental we’ve ever had. Loved it - didn’t want to leave!
