"This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next "

"Although it was a comfortable quite a new house, we were very disappointed that the description on Expedia was misleading. It was advertised as a four-bedroom house, but it is only a three bedrooms. The fourth was actually a cabin in backyard required an additional fee. Additionally, one of air conditioners in the in bedroom faulty. We were told when inquired that technician would be sent for an inspection but no one ever showed up."

The host was very helpful and the house was very thoughtfully appointed - we had everything we could have needed. The location was great too - only 1km out from town but felt peaceful and secluded. Sticky floors and benchtops, visible grease on rangehood filter, sand in ensuite sink, stained carpets, dirty architraves etc. Could also use a complete set of cutlery, crockery and drinking glasses (not enough forks and dinner plates for 7) and a bit more attention to furnishings with some living areas sparse and empty.
