"Do not accept a room separated only by a door from your neighbor’s room. You can hear them as if they were living in your own unit. ☹️"

"It’s a great location downtown near the district. It’s a heritage hotel, so it has its own unique character. The room wasn’t anything extravagant, but it was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful."

"Todo muy bien"

"The hotel is great, comfortable, clean and the pool was a lot of fun, we really enjoyed our stay."

"excelente personalidad, falta mejorar forma de localizacion"

"una atencion calida y profesinal."

"It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I understand that a hotel can be well-worn and not in the freshest condition, but this was far beyond that. It was absolutely filthy. There were large stains of unknown origin on the carpet, sideboards, windowsills, and other surfaces, all of which desperately needed a deep clean. Breakfast was very basic, to say the least. The staff refused to change our room, but judging by what we saw, there was little point in insisting, as the other rooms...

"View is nice and clean. Quite Private and safe. Only issue we faced was the fireplace was faulty and didn’t work."

"The location is great, our room was fantastic"

"Very beautiful Area close to the Hot Springs"
