"We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. "Reception was rude and my it difficult as if the rules were carved in stone ignoring the fact we had been traveling for 20 hours and could have been more considerate and compromise We have used this hotel several times before and never before encountering a stone wall and the rules being more important then the clients well being However once he left the desk we were helped by a lady who put herself out and understood our predicament and was very accomadating "
