Our property features a 7’10` X 15’ X 5’ Bullfrog Swim Spa. Since Airbnb does not offer a dedicated swim spa amenity category, the property is listed as both a pool and a hot tub. Please note that this is a single swim spa that can be enjoyed in two ways:

Heated up to 104°F and used as a relaxing hot tub.
Set to a lower temperature and enjoyed as a small pool, which is especially popular with younger children.

The swim spa is available for guest use year-round.

❇️ By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to the following swim spa rules and information:

✅ No glass containers or glassware are permitted in or around the swim spa.

✅ We encourage guests to cover Swim Spa after each use to help keep chlorine and other chemicals from evaporating and also to keep the set temperature.

✅ If the swim spa must be drained, cleaned, or refilled due to broken glass, misuse, or guest negligence, a $500 service fee will be charged through Airbnb.

✅ In the rare event that maintenance is required on a same-day turnover, the swim spa may not reach its maximum temperature by the standard 4:00 PM check-in time. While uncommon, by booking this property you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
