"When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...

"The apartment itself is clean. Both bathrooms are small, minimal. The towels in the bathrooms are worn/cheap and smelt bad. We had to wash them before using. (That's why I gave the 3 star cleanliness rating.) The mattresses and pillows in all 3 rooms are low-end and hard. The mattress my fiancé and I slept on was sloped to the middle. All floors in the unit are off kilter. On a happier note, there is a view of the bay from the front porch. I'll look for somewhere else to stay when we return."

"We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "
