"When you visit Halifax, stay in nearby Dartmouth at Windmill Walk. You will enjoy a quiet neighborhood and a 10-minute walk to the ferry that crosses the harbor to downtown Halifax and the waterfront. Our second floor spacious apartment has large west and north windows. A small private deck is off the bedroom. This 1920s-era building is in great condition. Andy, our host who lives in the building, met us when we arrived and gave us a detailed orientation. He made us feel very welcome."

"This property is exactly as posted. Location was perfect. The view was amazing. The host provided me with all the information I needed, direction to property, the code to get in. Gave us detailed information on accessing the property. We did not have any issues but she made sure to be available to us by reaching out to us on the day of arrival to make sure we received everything. This property was clean and well taken care of,"

"Very nice property. Worth mentioning Is that there is also a basement suite. Too bad the ones using it during our stay weren’t considerate. This was discussed with owner and tended to immediately. We appreciated that to the fullest extent and the owners help surpassed our expectations. Thank you again. There is a bit of thru traffic but other than that, no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the property very much."

"Peaceful, quiet. I like how a guest service team member came to check in with me abiut a half hour after I git settled in, wanting to know if there was anything I needed. And they also built my fire for me in the fire pit, so I would have no trouble getting it going. It's those little niceties that make me feel very much at home. And allows me to truly relax.
