UPPER LEVEL
As you enter the home, you’ll step into a split-level layout. Head upstairs to the cozy living room featuring a TV and electric fireplace—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The open-concept design flows into a fully equipped kitchen with an island, ideal for cooking and gathering. From the kitchen, step out onto the back deck where you’ll find outdoor seating and sun loungers for soaking up the sunshine.

To the left, a small hallway leads to the sleeping quarters. The first door opens to a guest closet, followed by a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Directly across is the spacious primary suite, offering two queen beds, dual closets (one available for guest use), a desk, and a private en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and standing shower.

LOWER LEVEL
Downstairs, a full bathroom is located directly across from the staircase. To the left are two additional bedrooms—one with two queen beds and closet space, and another with one queen bed, a desk, closet, and direct access to the lower-level bathroom.

On the right side, enjoy a game room featuring a combo pool/ping-pong table and other family-friendly games. This area also connects to the laundry room and a relaxing sauna. A door leads directly out to the lower backyard.

BACKYARD
The fully fenced backyard is a highlight! Enjoy a seasonal pool, electric hot tub, fire pit with seating, trampoline, and plenty of open space—perfect for outdoor fun and relaxation.

Other things to note
We are located in a Private Gated Community. You will be asked to fill out a Community Form with names of all guests and Car information before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.

Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 3 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 3 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $80 will be added.
