Our home has 2 second-floor bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 Full size beds), Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, wood burning fireplace, open kitchen and dining room area, washer and dryer, playground for children off the back deck, and 2 parking spaces directly in front of the townhome.

You have access to the entire townhome which comfortably accommodates 6 individuals. If you are a larger family or group, please note we have other homes in this complex. Proximity between homes ranges from 30 seconds to a 4-minute walk.

There is a security camera outside the front door and outside the sliding door for the deck.
*Absolutely NO smoking, controlled substances, or firearms on the premises.

*Guests are families and responsible adults over the age of twenty-five.

*Please DO NOT disturb neighbors. If a violation occurs, guests must vacate immediately.

*The front door access code will be sent one day prior to arrival.

*The Wi-Fi name and password are on the fridge magnet.

*PLEASE DO NOT USE LINENS FOR CLEANING. There are appropriate cleaning supplies throughout our home.

*Please place used towels in laundry baskets. There is one in each bedroom closet.

*When checking out, please place all trash and recyclables in cans on the back deck and ensure the fridge is empty.

*Any items that you bring into our home, please take with you when you leave or dispose of them in the garbage.
