"Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! "The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s totally updated and clean. The host leaves water, coffee and a few snacks which do very sweet. Paul the host responds quickly to any questions you have. I agree with previous reviews it would be nice if all the windows had shades since it’s a busy area. From the materials provided in advance, the entry instructions need to be updated (there is a lock code on the door versus a key box). "This property was quite cozy and clean, with all the amenities one could want. The decoration was very cute and the location was amazing, especially for 4th of July since the beach is right outside. However it is important to note that the beach is rocky, not sandy, and gets quite shallow so it’s not the best for swimming. Nearby walnut beach and silver sands beach are both great for swimming. We never saw the upstairs neighbors and they were very quiet."
