"The property was easy to find. We were met at the door and were made to feel very welcome. Our hosts discussed the accommodation itself followed by a welcoming brew and a chat regarding the local area, places to eat and our breakfast order for the morning. We were recommended a lovely Italian restaurant in nearby St Boswells which was really nice. The views from our room were beautiful and really peaceful. The room and en-suite were very clean and the perfect size to be fair. Breakfast was...

"Staff delightful, nothing too much trouble. Nice and clean, and what you would expect from a 17th century establishment, and comfortable. Parking was secure and easily accessible. You are in the centre of the village. Easy access to other areas of the Scottish Borders. Evening tends to close early so make sure you bring a good book. "

"This has been my favourite UK staycation! The hosts were so lovely and kind. The rooms were clean and have everything you need with a few extra touches like dressing gown, heaters/hot water bottle and tea/coffee. The cooked breakfast was soo tasty! The location is perfect and not too far from everything..lovely views of cheviot hills. I have nothing negative to say...it was the perfect stay! Thank you! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Northumberland!"

"This was a lovely place to stay which we chose partly because it has some EV charging facilities. The restaurant and bar have a good selection with well kept beer and the staff are helpful and friendly. We especially recommend the panna cotta, however, all the food was good. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and well appointed with tea, coffee and water. We would visit again "
