"Absolutely magical place to stay. Beautiful grounds and farm animals roaming around. Peaceful and idyllic stay. Met the owners really friendly and accommodating. Near beaches East and West wittering which are such lovely nature reserve beaches. We have found a UK treasure to stay and will be returning next year again. Thank you for a great long weekend trip. "We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it."

"A beautiful, modern furnished studio flat. Open plan kitchen, and uncluttered quite spacious and very bright sunny lounge area. Separate bedroom with large comfortable bed with fresh white linen. "Despite the weather we had a great few nights away in this seaside location. The kids loved the fact we could see the sea from the property and had great fun on the beach at both low and high tide. The property was clean and spacious and had every amenity we required. The location was perfect for both walks to east wittering for lunch or dinner, a short drive to the sandy beach at we sat wittering for a beach day in the sun and a 35min drive into Portsmouth to take in the view from Spinnaker...

"The hotel and the pub are very tired and in desperate need of rlc and upgrade/refurb. Stains on everything from floors to ceiling. Chairs in the room and the bar that should be in the bin. The cleaners do a great job but the whole place needs dealing with. Green King you are better than this. "
