Beautiful Long Weekend

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Close to the harbor and little beach, clean, modern, and fabulous touches for a comfortable stay. Updated kitchen and bath were great, and the beds...oh the amazingly comfy beds. Definitely would stay here again - all the touches of home, but better!

Beautiful cottage in East Hampton

My daughters and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was the perfect location for all things Hamptons. We loved the property. The house was immaculate, lovely decor and the property was gorgeous. We spent several afternoons in the yard reading and just enjoying the serenity. Thank you to our gracious hosts for a wonderful vacation experience.

Charming Cottage

Charming cottage on the outside on the inside was just so pretty. Everything was so tastefully done and far from boring everywhere you look there was something interesting, art,light fixtures, , you name it..the bathroom is to die for… every piece of furniture, and was comfortable the beds were amazing from dealing with evolve VRBO and Brother Barnes we couldnt have been happier, thanks for having us and hope to be back around the holidays? This cottage was charming and perfect for the three of us. The neighbors were wonderful too. Very updated and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend keeping in mind is it’s a very small and narrow driveway. A compact car would work better than the small SUV I was driving. Other than that, it was close to perfection all the way around. Thank you again.

Clean, quiet property

The location is on a quiet street, and the property has a nice backyard. The cottage is very clean and organized. Had some issues with the bedrooms - there aren’t proper shades so rooms get very bright in the morning. Definitely bring an eye mask. Also full size beds are tough for couples.

lovely home & location with beautiful sunsets & quiet

The house has a pretty garden in front & a large outdoor back area to sit. It is on a quiet street with very little traffic. It is near water - a very small bay beach where you can swim if you want but is really part of clam collection facility that is unobtrusive One of the other owners had set up a few chairs and that was nice. The house and area are lovely but the "beach" is not a place to spread a blanket, You can walk and view the lovely sunsets and there is a long winding path near the water for walks & the other homeowners and caretakers are friendly I enjoyed my stay

A perfect summer getaway

Great spot, lovely house. Manager next door is very friendly and helpful. Bring ground coffee! The Keurig doesn't work and there are no Nespresso pods in the Hamptons. Otherwise it's perfect!

Adorable East Hampton cottage

The cottage was totally appealing. New appliances. Upscale bathroom. Beautiful location and water views. A real gem. Would totally rent again. Bostwicks on the harbor 2 minute walk away. Easy drive to towns of East Hampton and Amagansett.

Wonderful times

Wonderful getaway! This was my first trip to the Hamptons. This home was perfect in every way.

Outstanding cozy cottage, spotless, with a great water view. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and other wonderful amenities. While I loved visiting in the winter, I look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the local beaches!

Summer Out East

The cottage was the perfect getaway space. Although we didn’t spend much time there during the day, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the cottage was spotless, fast WiFi, and it was in the perfect location. The street was quiet and relaxing. We hope to be back soon!

Enchanted Cottage

This is a wonderful place. The interior has been designed by someone with an artistic eye. The minute I walked in the door I was enchanted by the place. The furniture is hand painted and cheerful, the living room is comfortable and light, the high ceiling giving it a sense of spaciousness. One of the bedrooms even has a beautiful mural painted on the wall. The garden is lovely and I saw a hummingbird for the first time in my life. There is a beach close by, the artist Sidney Pollock's home is nearby and there are so many activities to engage in, in the town. My husband and I loved staying there and would love to return some time soon.

Beautiful cottage with fairytale garden close to the water!

Everything you could need in this gorgeous cottage surrounded by a picturesque garden. Just a short (2 min) walk to the water and a short drive (5 min) to the beach from the house, this home is hosted flawlessly and is the perfect getaway from the madness of the city. For a peaceful and relaxing time spent in a cozy enchanted home, look no further. Lovely decor, inside and out, with all the amenities. It's hard to find a place this beautiful for at such a price range. I love staying in this home and will continue to do so for all of my trips to the Hamptons.

Fairy tail garden cottage steps from the water

Such a beautiful cozy house to stay and get away from the madness of the city. Excellent host who will make every effort to accommodate. Peaceful and relaxing with easy access to the water or beach. I love staying here.
