"Conveniently located to Brainerd International Raceway, about 10 minutes away. Not clean under dust ruffle on bed. Breakfast adequate to get something in you and go.Shower barely adequate, took 5 minutes for luke warm water to appear. If you are looking for a place to crash, reasonably priced, this will do it."

"You can keep busy while at Madden's or you can just relax. Lots of places to eat awesome food. golf courses kept very well."

"Overall a very nice home. Has everything you need. I only gave a 4 on cleanliness because we found some sunflower seeds in the couch. And there was green toothpaste on the wall in one of the bathrooms. But we really enjoyed our stay. "

"We had such a wonderful stay! The kids had plenty to do, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. We used the pontoon often and loved how close we were to Nisswa for shopping and dining. The fire pit was a favorite every night, and once the adults went to bed, the kids had a blast in the game room. The property managers were wonderful communicators and so accommodating, which made everything seamless. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for our whole family!"

"Comfortable home, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms clean, nice to have 2/2 bedrooms/bathrooms! Only downfall was tv remotes didn’t cooperate… had to replace batteries in them. Outside thermometer was broken laying on ground, picnic table was filthy. Grounds could have been tidier! Barbecue was dirty. BUT inside was well kept!"
