We loved the beach front, hot tub and fire pit. We were fortunate to have excellent weather the entire stay so we were outdoors constantly. We also went 2-3 x to South Beach. The host made herself very available if needed.

Amazing location! Absolutely beautiful property inside and out. We had so much fun out on the water using the kayaks, floats and paddle board. The pond is super clean and clear! The inside of the house was cute and perfect for friends to hangout and enjoy each others company. I highly recommend for larger family’s or friend gatherings.

I would and have, recommended this property to everyone! I received messages from everyone asking about this location and was sure to send them the information. From booking to departing, Julie made this so easy for me. Not only was her communication amazing, but the house was PERFECT for our girls weekend. The house was clean and the amenities were great. We kayaked throughout the weekend! Pictures did not do justice to how beautiful the lake is. I will truly book this location again in the future. Thank you, Julie, for being an amazing host!

We had a great time on the kayaks and playing in the water and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of space. Location was great for dog walking trails and the bike path. Julie was an excellent host - she allowed us to check in as soon as the house was ready and communicated quickly with any of our questions. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Our stay in Julie Shea’s house on Jenkins Pond was terrific! We had a family gathering that everyone enjoyed. We were in the water or on the water every day thanks to the use of kayaks and water toys on the property. As a family that likes to cook, we also made the most of the small but very well stocked kitchen and the outdoor grill. Our rooms were comfortable and had space to hang clothes or put them in drawers. The young boys loved the hot tub which was a new experience for them. The pool table and ping pong table had good cues, paddles and ping pong balls. I mention that because many times I have found worn out paddles and no ping pong balls. We also liked the proximity to grocery stores and downtown Falmouth. Julie was available and accommodating for any questions or problems. We loved the house and are thankful for our time there.

We loved staying in this home. It has everything you could possibly want for a enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. There are water toys galore and tons of outdoor seating. The pond and beach are great. The check-in was easy and Julie is a delightful, attentive host.

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay here in July! The house is clean, the beds are comfortable and with six bedrooms, there was plenty of room for privacy for all 13 of us! Julie is very responsive to questions and concerns. The upper deck and the lower patio have perfect views of the beach and had a lovely breeze. There are plenty of boats, water toys, and chairs to enjoy at the waterfront and the water is clean and warm. And the boys all enjoyed the pool table/ping pong table and the older adults loved the bar and hot tub! We had a super week, and can’t wait to return! Thank you, Julie!

Great space, convenient location, and with a private beach!

It was really a great experience over the 4th of July week. We loved having the beach that gave shade in the morning and a gate to keep our boys contained lol. There is a small public beach next to the house for the locals which gave our daughter some people to play with. The house had plenty of beds in different sizes, great to give everyone their own space. The view was amazing with a nice little outdoor shower to rinse off before you come in.Parking right next to the house easily for 4 cars and not have to walk down a lot of stairs like many lake houses in the area was big plus!No washer and dryer so keep that in mind totally understandable. I would probably do the same thing. And lastly, an amazing AC system so the house was cold, and dry!

Great Location

Great outdoor spaces. Loved the kayaks, beach and fire pit. Our 2 year old grandson loved the outdoor shower. Our dog had a ball chasing squirrels in the fenced backyard. We would definitely stay again. Close to everything in Falmouth including Woodneck beach, our low tide favorite.

The place was beautiful, clean, spacious and the perfect location. There were so many options, from hanging out on the porch, by the fire, on the water front, or inside around the upstairs living room/billiards area downstairs. The owner was an amazing communicator, as she answered all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend this place to anyone!Thank you for an awesome and memorable stay!

We had such a wonderful time! The location was great and there was the perfect amount of space. The host made sure to let us know we could check in early on the day of our arrival and leave late if needed. She also did a mid check in to make sure everything was going ok! The beach access was so great and we enjoyed kayaking and using the fire pit. All of the kids in our group really enjoyed the beach toys, bunk bed room, and the hot tub. Loved the quirky decor too, such a fun vibe. The only thing missing was laundry, but besides that it was just perfect! Definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Cape.

Amazing spot for a larger group and a super host

Great location with its own sandy beach and plenty of water gear. 10-15 minute drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. Property looks exactly like in the listing. Our host, Julie, was amazing throughout, responding virtually immediately whenever we had a question or an issue.Would recommend considering this property to anyone coming in with a big group.

Beautiful Cottage

We had an amazing stay at this property. Julie was very responsive. The home had everything we needed and more. The lake was so beautiful, and we loved swimming in it! When we weren’t swimming we were using the fire pit, jacuzzi, or the pool table. Thanks Julie for sharing this beautiful property. We look forward to staying again next year!

A Little Piece of Heaven!

What a wonderful property! Spacious, clean, comfortable and so well stocked with everything you would need and want! The lake is just beautiful and the private beach a total joy. We had 8 adults, 2 preschoolers and two babies and our dogs! And there was plenty of room. The sunrises and sunsets out on the upper desk were especially magical. We loved our vacation and Julie was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. Just a total joy.

Jenkins Pond

A beautiful beach house right on the pond. We all enjoyed our week’s vacation tremendously. The house was nice and clean, and had all the supplies we needed to spend the day at their beach. The house also had great water pressure which is always appreciated. Julie is such a wonderful host, very accommodating, and quick to reply to messages. We had such a great time at this house. It had everything right there, it was such a peaceful and relaxing time. The lake was so fun! The boat was perfect for little trips out to fish. The kids loved the quiet neighborhood for bike rides. It was such a great trip! Would definitely stay again.
