The relaxing, scenic, idyllic location was amazing! We had everything we needed for the week for the owner has thought of everything needed for a relaxing week. She provided quick responses to inquiries and offered a wealth of suggestions to made our stay that much better. The highlights were early morning paddling from our own dock, coffee or wine on the decks, and s’mores in the evening around the fire pit. Thank you.

Perfect Vacation Home - just as advertised

The house is in a picturesque, tranquil setting yet so close to beaches and the town of Falmouth. We saw swans, egrets, herons and river otters everyday. The house was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Stephanie was extremely kind and communicative. Perfect home for a family vacation in Cape Cod!

Nice option in Falmouth

We enjoyed our stay! The house was well-appointed and very clean. The views were beautiful and we appreciated the kayaks, deck and outdoor shower. The basement allowed my husband to work during the week in his own space. What to know: our teenager enjoyed the loft, but an adult may not like the steep stairs.

Beautiful home

Stephanie’s home is beautiful with outstanding views of the water. Outdoor eating is wonderful, we ate on the deck every night. The kayaks are a bonus, and we saw egrets and herons every day. Amenities were wonderful and any problems were addressed immediately. Can’t wait to be back!

Our family of 12 had a lovely week in this cozy Cape Cod home. Beautiful views of the Green Pond waterway in a peaceful and quiet setting. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect spot. Close to everything you need and the owner was awesome to communicate with 😊

We had a wonderful family vacation at 61 pond road in Falmouth.

Everything I read about the home was true. It was in excellent condition. The view from the deck was amazing. The location was wonderful near the beaches near the stores near restaurants. There was lots to do with the kids. It was three children under the age of five and five adults and we have plenty of room.

Great house with everything you need

This house is in a great location and has everything you need. My group enjoyed the canoes and kayaks and loved the outdoor fire pit. The set up of the house was great for our group that had multiple couples/families. Overall a great stay. The only minor suggestion I had was a larger trash can/receptacle but other than that everything was spot on. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing views

The views from the house and property are just amazing. The water view, the birds and the pristine tree line are beautiful. And even in the front of the house the road is quiet and the land across the street is all natural.

Wonderful Vacation House

The home is beautifully decorated with great views of the water making it a perfect backdrop for morning coffee and late evening dinners. The house was well equipped both in the kitchen and for the outdoors. We found it to be very comfortable with careful attention to all the details including the furnishing, decorating, and what a renter might need for a weekly visit. We all had a wonderful time kayaking, grilling, and enjoying the sunsets. Stephanie is the perfect vacation home owner and was very responsive to all of our questions being first time house renters. Can’t wait to return next year!

East Falmouth gem

Stephanie’s is an exceptional vacation rental. Just feet from the tidal pond with a view of the salt marsh on the opposite shore and undeveloped land beyond, the scenery changes constantly. Snowy egrets, great blue herons, cormorants, Canadian geese, mallards, river otters, swans, osprey and occasional gulls pass by or stop to feed, sunbathe or preen. The inside is as well equipped as you’re likely to find and the attention to detail in furnishing and decorating speaks of a well loved home. No need to bring watercraft, fishing poles, beach chairs or indoor games, but a pair of binoculars for close ups of the wildlife might come in handy. The house was exceptionally clean throughout and Stephanie and her property manager are delightful and very responsive.

Spotless home just as advertised!

Our family had a wonderful week in Falmouth! The home was the cleanest, best stocked and most stylish vacation home we have ever rented. My whole family loved it. We loved the views of the water and birds, enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and the beach. Stephanie is a wonderful and responsive host!

Beautiful Nature Views!

The house was great, the views were AMAZING. We stayed here for a week with a small group of friends and this house was perfect for our group. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and enjoy the views from each of the rooms. If you're looking for a quiet cape cod retreat where you can enjoy water views and birdwatching, this is the spot for you!

PERFECTION!

Everything was perfect! Stephanie (the owner) was so great. She was communicative and pleasant. Left us a bag of goodies to use during our stay. The house was super clean and decorated beautifully! Beautiful property on secluded pond with all the amenities

We had a wonderful time taking advantage of the dock right out our back door and the many kayaks and boats that came with the cottage. The location of the property was perfectly situated near the places in Falmouth you would want to visit yet well off the busy roads to provide a quiet and serene setting on the water. The cottage was super-well stocked - from the two kitchens that had anything you could possibly need to the electronics throughout the cottage to the shed that had bikes, fishing gear and games for the outside. Well done!

Fantastic relaxing stay with a wonderful view for morning coffee!!

Very wonderful stay for our family. We had 4 couples, 2 young adult, a 10 year old and a dog. Everything was wonderful. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our morning coffee watching the wildlife along the creek while the tide rose and fell. Canoe / kayak trips on the water were awesome and peaceful. We enjoyed our meals and games at the large table jn the dining area and even were able to finish a puzzle! Couple of trips to the beach and a wonderful ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard. Highly recommended!!!

Bring your binoculars - we left a bird guide! AMAZING views: birds, sunsets, tides ebbing in and out! Such a beautifully decorated home with every detail thought out! Quick drives to downtown Falmouth and the beloved Old Silver Beach. Already considering next summer....!

Beautiful home 7-6-19 to 7-13-19

Stephanie, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family. It had everything we needed and more. Both inside and outside your home was fantastic. The canoe and kayaks and boat allowed the teenagers to enjoy the water. Wildlife on the water and in the air was very relaxing to view. A couple of times we were able to sit on the deck and hear coyotes on both sides of the water. We highly recommend your home to others. First time I can recall the family saying while on vacation “ I would stay here again” Thank you so much again.
