Coastal Chic is a beautiful house with scenery that is hard to leave. My family was ready to just relax and enjoy the place as we expected cold weather. The weather allowed for some touring but the house felt so much like home it was difficult to leave. Great location and the house was equipped with everything a family of five needed.

On cold snowy day we arrived to this beautiful home with amazing views of the sea. It was perfect setting for our annual retreat. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and to top it off I saw a pair of coyotes howling to the full moon. It was a perfect escape.

House was wonderful with great space and beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the ocean! Inside was very clean, cozy gas fireplace and beds were more than comfy. Scott was very responsive to any questions or requests that we had. Would recommend going in the warmer weather to enjoy all the amenities!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this beautiful beachfront property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and the peaceful sound of the waves. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to beach towels and beach bags. The location is amazing. The house is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with access to an amazing private beach. There is easy access to nearby restaurants and shops and, we really enjoyed strolling the Main Street in town. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. The restaurant recommendations were so helpful as we didn’t have to spend time figuring out where to eat.We can’t wait to come back — this place is a true gem and the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beach life. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home for a family beach vacation

This is a lovely property for a family beach vacation! The property has a wonderful view of the ocean, easy access to a beach, and is close to many great restaurants and things to do. Our host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

We rented this house to stay the weekend of our wedding with some friends and it was spectacular. The property was perfect for my bridesmaids to get ready and was an ideal location for bridal party photos. Scott was an incredible host, very responsive and wonderful to work with. Weekend in Falmouth

Our family came to Falmouth for the weekend to spend time with friends that live locally. The location is perfect with stunning views across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking and there is a public beach within easy walk from the house. The home is beautifully appointed with ample space for our family. We would highly recommend this home for year round stays

Great Location on the Water

We loved the view from all the windows in the house. Very open layout. Kitchen is well stocked. We really liked East Falmouth downtown. Lots of cute shops and restaurants - a little something for everyone.

This was an absolutely dreamy home in a location that could not have been more perfect. The home is gorgeous, each bedroom looks like it came out of a magazine, and the views are unbeatable. The host was so pleasant and responsive. We’d return in a second.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My friends/family and I had an awesome stay at Scott place! Right on the water, gorgeous views, and responsive host. We didn’t have enough towels when we got there and Scott had the cleaners bring them over first thing in the morning. Will look to stay here in the warmer weather in the future!

Family mini-vacation

We were three generations, ages 1 to 74, who enjoyed the house and its broad views across the water. The property was clean, well-maintained, thoughtfully designed and furnished, and comfortable, with ample room for all six of us. The owner, Scott, was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is quiet, with a community beach close by. Overall, as all the other reviewers have commented, this easily earns a five star rating.
