"A great property at a reasonable price. Jeff is the best host, and the communication couldn't be better. Had a small issue with the coffee maker and it was resolved within a few hours. Reserve this property with confidence that you'll be in good hands. Excellent! Note...the location of the property can be a little confusing until you understand it. Not the host's fault...just is what it is. It's simple, but look at a map before you arrive and you'll understand."

"We loved every minute of our stay! The cottage was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The cottage is close to so many things and Jeffrey was very responsive and communicative. You can hear traffic from Rt 1, but it is not overly loud and did not bother us at all. We highly recommend this property and would love to return someday."

"Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. "

"We had a very nice 10-day stay at this cottage. The location was great for us, the house was as expected from the listing, and we were generally very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive leading up to and during our stay.The main area that could use improvement is the cleaning. There was some trash left inside when we arrived, and the kitchen—particularly the stovetop, sink, and some of the smaller surfaces...
