"Very beautiful location away from the city chaos. Weather was so good. Staff welcoming especially Bridget and our late checkout was kindly accepted.

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole house was clean. There were no stairs which was a plus. Plenty of parking. Location was great, close to Manukau City and Botany Downs. Definitely recommend
