"The place has everything you need and it was very clean. Nothing fancy or too nice, in fact some things (cookware, dishes, toiletries) a bit on the cheap side. Things are a bit worn out like the main bedroom blinds, some furniture and walls/doors in need of paint. The place definitely needs a bit of love and a refresh. If you are looking for something not fancy and clean it does the trick."

"The location of the house is beautiful, situated on the mountainside with a nice view. However, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. Cleanliness was not good, and the house felt very old, especially the kitchen.We paid 3,000 for a 4-night stay, and the value did not match the price. "Beautiful place! Really appreciated the coffee and other kitchen amenities (spices, air fryer, etc.). Beds were comfy, bathrooms well stocked, shelves full of games, and a fireplace with plenty of firewood. Most of all, Andrew was a great, responsive host!"

"This is an awesome condo that is perfectly located for a Vail and Beaver Creek ski trip. The condo was very clean and the hosts are extremely responsive and happy to provide local insights. The soothing sounds of Eagle River off the back patio provide the perfect ambiance for a great nights sleep or glass of wine. The Beaver Creek bus stop is pretty much right out the door and the stop for Vail is across the street. "
