This cozy and family-friendly condo awaits in Eagle River! With a patio featuring forest views and water access, you will have the comforts of home in a serene setting. The living room features a set of comfortable couches, a flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of enjoying all that the area has to offer. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything you could ever need to whip up delicious homecooked meals and snacks for your group. What's nearby: Located on the Snowmobile Capital of the World trail system, this winter wonderland is an amazing location for making new memories. In the summer, be sure to take advantage of all the surrounding lakes with aquatic activities such as swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and more! Downtown Eagle River is closeby (3 miles) with many shops, bars, and restaurants. Wonderful experience
We had a great experience staying at Cleerwood Village in Eagle River. It was very clean and the people we met were very friendly and fun to talk to. We also enjoyed watching the boats go by the Chanticleer.

Great place close to the rink
This was the perfect location for my family to stay during a recent hockey tournament. It’s clean, close to the rink, and plenty of utensils to cook in the kitchen.

Love the location
We liked the proximity to the beach at Dollar Lake and the playground. The Chanticleer Inn was a great facility and right on the water where we could park our boats.

Both of the bathroom exhaust fans need to be worked on very loud grinding noise. Also, first floor bathroom shower/tub needs to have the drain unplugged. We were standing in ankle deep water when taking a shower otherwise it was very nice place!

Very spacious for family of three
We loved the fireplace because we visited in the winter. The location was ideal for our outdoor adventures. The Anvil Lake Trail for skiing and hiking/snowshoeing was nearby. We were thrilled to discover the giant sledding hill down the trail behind the condo.

Weekend in the woods
We spent the weekend at the property. We weren’t really “home” much, but when we were everyone enjoyed having the space to spread out. It was also nice having two bathrooms. We were able to cook all our meals including grilling! Thanks for a home away from home for the weekend.
