We are the only hotel in the area that offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Eagle County Airport serving Vail Valley. Guests enjoy spacious rooms and suites, FREE hot breakfast buffet daily, indoor pool and hot tub, microwaves, refrigerators and in-room coffeemakers. There are restaurants within walking distance. Vail is only 10 minutes from our updated property.

I apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay with us. Due to the rise of COVID in the county it is for the health and safety of our guests and employees that we do not service rooms during your stay with us. That was explained to you on arrival. I am happy to hear that we were able to "service" the room once while you had vacated for the day. Yes our other guest will place "trash" in the hallway as they don't want staff in their rooms and our staff removes the trash from the hallways. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and always available to supply towels/linen/amenities for our guests. These are very trying times and our staff is doing its best. Thanks

Thanks for staying with us. We apologize that the pool heater went down during your stay and we were not able to get it fixed. Due to COVID we are not servicing rooms. It is for our staffs safety and our guests. We will do service if requested and if we have the staff available. Unfortunately on the days requested we could not accommodate the request.
