"The interior of the cottage is well appointed and aesthetically pleasing. All the comforts of home. The property is beautiful - feeding the fish in the pond was an unexpected delight! "We were looking for a place that we could bring our dog, was peaceful, near water, and mainly relax. This bnb is just that plus more. The decor inside is romantic, cozy, and whimsical. Waking up to the sunrise and mountians as your alarm clock was incredible. Enjoying a cup of coffee or beverage of choice on the front deck and seeing the occasional deer, IMPRESSED! Total peace and serenity. We cant wait to go back. Thanks Liz!!!!!"

"Incredible property that is very kid friendly. Great views and accommodations to house, lots of toys and books for the kids. "

"Stayed here for a weekend with a family of 19. Everyone had a great time! Great onsite amenities and nearby places to explore. Loved that each room had a private bath as we had multiple families, some with little kids. I wish the kitchen area was bigger as we spent most of the time there, especially in the mornings making breakfast. Host was very responsive and accommodating!"

"The house was generously sized to fit our group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and explore. The pond was fantastic and we all fell in love with Gary the resident duck. Indoor pool and hot tub were excellent and clean. The views from the porch were incredible! We had some very hot weather and the AC kept up pretty well. If planning to cook and serve own meals would recommend bringing large disposable bowls and serving trays. If catering, highly recommend Chickadee Catering....

"This is a cozy apartment located in a quiet neighborhood on a lightly traveled road in Southern Vermont managed by a very friendly proprietor. Residences in the area are far apart and several working farms are nearby.
