This is a great spot if you are in town for baseball. Right next to the brewery, ice cream shop and restaurants on 1st. Close to everything and a very comfy condo.

The condo is very clean and super cute. It is in a great location so we were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, If You Build It Exhibit and Downtown Market. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay for a couple of days during a road trip. Condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We loved having access to the free EV charging.

Excellent refreshment

This was one of our best VRBO experiences. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Accessible bright space with easy walking to local gems. We were able to relax, work and enjoy our stay.

The property was beautiful and just as advertised. It is in a fantastic location, as we were able to walk to downtown, enjoy the walking paths and spend time at the brewery right next door. I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay for Field of Dreams

We loved this property and its location. The facility was very safe and clean, and the condo was immaculate. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and I would highly recommend this for anyone.

Family Gathering

Impeccable property, very clean and functional. Perfect location and easily accessible. You can’t go wrong with Textile Brewing right next door. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.

The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped (TV, bedding, bathroom, utensils, etc.). The instructions were clear and well thought out. The location is great. It is within 1 - 2 blocks of restaurants, the Basilica and the Field of Dreams Museum. The condo was also very quiet.

Weekend baseball trip

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful , very clean and safe. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Convenient location to field of dreams,walking distance to several restaurants and shops in a downtown area including Creamery and Brewery. Host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this property!

Very clean, close to restaurants, easy check in. Check in at 4 is a little late, wish it was at 3. The only negative is that it's right by the train tracks ans the train came every day early in the morning.

Great location, beautiful unit!

We were on a NE Iowa brewery ‘crawl’ to celebrate my husband’s birthday. One of his favorites is Textile in Dyersville. This unit was perfect for us as it over looks the brewery and is steps away from the downtown area. Couldn’t have worked out better for the end of our day! Everything was as listed, the property is new, the unit was very clean and welcoming. We will stay again and will recommend it to our friends.

It is a lovely condo....everything was great. I wasn't sure how to contact the manager. I happened to meet, by accident, the very nice lady who cleans the condo and asked her a question.
