"Super Staff, friendly, helpful and were interested in why we were staying. Last September I ruptured my Achilles Tendon, this is still causing problems and the young lady on Reception - who also had a problem with a broken arm - was extremely helpful and we had a discussion with regards to how life is very difficult with limbs that are damaged! Lovely room - although the shape led to an odd small window and a large wall that gave the impression a window had been removed! We had a lovely time...

Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. "The booking details shown in the Hotels.com app and in the confirmation email were not so clear. They did not mention or remind me that I had to pay at the hotel. I thought I had already paid online by debit card. At the counter, I had to check my bank account again to make sure there was no duplicate payment before I paid. The room, towels, and bedding were average; just a few hairs and specks were found. Breakfast was as good as expected."
