A wonderful cosy house, extremely well equipped with everything we needed for all 17 of us. We felt so relaxed and at home and enjoyed a number of lovely walks, the kids especially enjoyed the monument. Thank you to Susannah and Ian for creating such a lovely space for us all to come together and celebrate my mother's birthday. We will be recommending Cotswold House to others!

Perfect venue for 70th bday party. We enjoyed the hot tub and plenty of games for the kids. Comfortable, cosy rooms and large dining area. Close to Tyndale monument for a lovely walk with stunning views! Susannah was always responsive and offered lots of tips/help leading up to the weekend. Thank you again.

We enjoyed our trip very much. Lovely house. My only comment would be that the mattresses need replacing. We found them quite uncomfortable! The trip was very suitable for our family. The children loved it.

Birthday Celebration

What a wonderful property. Exceeded all expectations both in the wonderful house, the location and the ability for all the active adults in our family to get out doors and hike!We took advantage of visiting other towns, order fabulous dinners we brought in to share. And cooked some great meals as well in the spacious comfortable kitchen. Just driving through the beautiful country side was an experience I'll never forget.Our group of 12 came from both coasts of the US and from Singapore and all of us just loved our stay.The hosts were exceptional too! Thank you Susannah and Ian.

A wonderful break with friends

We had the most amazing stay at Cotswold house for the weekend. The house was beautiful and perfect for 14 friends to relax and unwind.Susannah was really helpful from the beginning and was accommodating throughout our stay.The area was ideal for a wholesome walk and trip to the black horse pub.The communal areas were perfect for getting together and catching up.I would really recommend this property for a great time with family and friends.

Fabulous Reunion Stay

A beautiful comfortable home in a picturesque location. Very well equipped with bonus of a hot tub! Great walk from the door up to Tyndale monument plus delicious curry at the local pub. Lots of places to visit or just relax in the garden.

Our family enjoyed a long weekend at the property to celebrate a family members birthday. The house was very comfortable and easily accommodated 8 adults, 2 young children and 2 babies. Family Birthday

We were a family group of 12 meeting up to celebrate a special birthday. The house which was very spacious was beautifully furnished and the large kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were large & very comfortable. The garden was lovely & plenty of outdoor seating. I would recommend this house for a large family gathering

Truly fabulous house in a awesome setting, to celebrate across 3 generations. The attention to detail across the house was faultless, beautiful flowers, birthday card and bottle of bubbly. Susannah's communication was first class, as were the directions, information etc. Thank you for letting me christen your BBQ. I would highly recommend, wish we had been able to stay longer.

Beautiful house & garden, & lovely hosts!

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful house! A huge country house in a peaceful village. We loved how we could sleep all our friends comfortably (14 of us) and there was lots of places to chill together too. There's plenty of outdoor seating near the hot tub for when it's sunny! The dining room is also a great place to host a big dinner party. Through the hosts we organised a chef (Tamsin) who was fantastic - delicious food & very accommodating with timings & dietary requirements. Thanks to the hosts for such amazing communication - would highly recommend to everyone!

Wonderful venue for family celebration

Cotswold House is a beautifully equipped, large house in a fantastic setting. We were a party of 10, gathered to celebrate a golden wedding, and it suited us perfectly. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable, the living areas are fantastic and there are all sorts of added bonuses such as a games room, heated hot tub and lovely garden. Our host Susannah simply couldn't have done more to accommodate us. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous weekend

I Just stayed with 16 members of my family for my 50th birthday. I really can’t fault any of it. The house is beautiful and full of character, it was unusually well equipped in terms of cutlery, glasses, serving ware etc, the hot tub was a lovely bonus and the hosts were faultless. I got prompt replies to any questions, and when we accidentally turned off the hot tub, Ian was there within the hour to sort it out. When we arrived there was a card and chocolates to wish me a happy birthday which was so thoughtful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fabulous Stay At Cotswold House

Fabulous stay in a great sized house full of charm and character. Accommodated 17 of us with no problem and plenty of plates , cutlery , glasses etc . Beautiful garden and terrace and just loved the log burner which was such a lovely feature. The owners are so helpful it was just a huge success ! If you are thinking of booking Cotswold house just do it , you won’t regret it !
