"Lovely home and comfortable setting in a secure and secluded neighborhood. Very peaceful and enjoyable. Wonderful to have the boat dock access as well. Perfect for a large group. "

Spacious, clean, able to actually hold 19 women comfortably, well air conditioned, etc. We actually became cold because the AC worked so well and everyone had a bed, though some enjoyed the big couch for fun because it was so cozy. We watched movies, we all sat around the table for dinner (used other chairs and had 17 people at that time!) Jeff was very communicative though we didn’t need him (YAY). Cleanup was reasonable and we all want to go back again!! Pick...

"We stayed her for one night as we were in town for a concert at Choctaw on New Year's Eve. The room prices at Choctaw were really high and we aren't gamblers and weren't interested in that mess. We found the home to be clean, extremely convenient and a great value. We only used 2 of the Bedrooms, it actually has 4. While the train tracks are close and active, it didn't bother us. It was a great value for our trip."

"This is the third year my family has stayed at this property. It’s a short walk or one-minute drive to a small beach and picnic area. It’s close to Little Mineral Marina where we meet our fishing guide.I only wish the kitchen had some newer pots and pans. The outdoor space is a great asset. There is a nice patio area in the front and plenty of parking.We will definitely return next year."

"This is a nice place. We had a boat at the Marina and that worked out great and kept our boat trailer parked at the cabin. The cabin had everything we expected and everything worked out nicely. "
