More of a gaming place

It was fun for family however if you don’t want to play video games, foosball or watch five huge tvs for sports than the unit next door would be more “sociable” for families. Not much space for lounging or just sitting and talking. Pool table took up too much room. Would be great for bachelor party.

Nice location

The location of the rental was perfect! You could walk everywhere and it was just off Main Street. The apartment itself was a gamers dream but very cluttered. The internet did not work at all while we were there and the main TV remote did not work. Therefore we could not utilize any of the TV’s. Attempted to contact host but did not get a reply. It was also difficult to get in the front door after hours as it didn’t say anywhere on the information what the code was. We did figure it out on the last day.

Train trip

Stayed here as it was two blocks from train station. Great place with pin ball and arcade for the five kids to play when we weren’t out on the town. Would stay again, only issue was a/c was not working but the local temps were not too bad.

Perfect Ski Getaway

We visited Durango with family friends over the holidays and stayed in this fun condo. The location was excellent and we all enjoyed the short walk to Main Street for great shops and restaurants. The condo was spacious and everyone enjoyed the pool table and video/pinball games. The kitchen had smaller than normal appliances, but we were still able to prepare dinners for 8. Overall, a great choice for our group ski trip!

Perfect Game Room for Families

We stayed here for a week from Texas and it was perfect! A little cold in the bedrooms due to settling and window gaps, but slept fine after putting a pillow case to block it! Will definitely come back!

Great Durango Get-away

This property was amazing! Great location right downtown. We wanted to dinner every night, easy stroll to shopping and the train, bike rental right outside the back garage, and yummy bagel/croissant/coffee options too! We love the options of Durango - local hiking, train, restaurants, bars - it has it all! This property was exactly as described - comfortable, clean, fun games, and even had a great ice machine!

Great condo, great location!

This condo is SO FUN! It is a bit of a puzzle to get into the building, but once you figure it out, it's great. The games were awesome and the location to everything in town was unbeatable. The beds were comfy too! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking out on the grill or inside. We had such a fun time! I will definitely book here again!

Location was ideal. Very walkable. Beds comfortable. While we didn't cook there, it appeared kitchen would be good and conviviale for a casual family meal. No dining room table. Beautiful large island. Unfortunately AC wasn't functioning when we arrive. A very hot and stuffy first night. Very loud in bedrooms due to street noise even with windows shut ( motocycle weekend). Microwave also didn't work. They send someone to fix all but that was a bummer for us during a busy wedding weekend. Responponsive host, but had to reach out several time.
