Perfect accommodations for our group of 10

Plenty of room, great location, nice amenities and incredible views. All around, great place to stay if you’re skiing Purgatory.

Grrat place for family vacation!

Stay where the action is! Perfect location at the base of the mountain and overlooking the plaza. Sit on your balcony and read, while watching mountain bikers zoom across the trails. We had grandparents on the lift to see the views, teens on bikes bumping down runs, preteens on the roller coaster and bobsled. And when it rained, everyone was in the game room playing pool! Oh- and after the activities, take a dip in the pool or sit in the hot tub! The location of this condo, in that building, makes this all possible.

Best Condo for large gatherings

This property was perfect for our large family gathering. Everyone fit perfect! Loved walking out and right to the lift each morning. Kids loved the pool and slide. Heated parking garage with space for our two suvs was the perfect addition.

Convenient location

Had a great experience and enjoyed the New Year festivities from our Balcony. Resort staff were professional and courteous, we felt welcomed and assured assistance for any needs. The unit had all the amenities listed.

Great ski in ski out

Condo is in an excellent location. It was perfectly clean when we arrived. Management was very quick with responses. Wonderful for any age group. Beds were comfortable, everything updated. Would definitely stay here again .

Great thxgiving getaway

We loved this unit! It had so much space for our group of 9! Having 4 bathrooms was a dream and the kitchen was well stocked and had lots of space to prepare meals! We absolutely loved the views out the windows! Everything was really clean and exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

Beautiful Views/ Terrible Customer Service

The unit was perfect, but we were very disappointed with the service at check-in. Elevators were not working and we were told to carry all of our luggage up four flights of stairs. No assistance was offered and the man at the front desk was incredibly rude during the process. Elevators were not working until the following day. This kept some members of our group unable to leave the unit due to the struggle of climbing four flights of stairs.

First time staying here and at Purgatory in general and we loved it. Walk out the door and ski, all the conveniences of food etc, it was perfect!

Perfect

Wonderful place and size was larger than expected. I recommend it for families or even a few families. Plenty of room. Easy access to everything worked great. Being in the resort, allowed more options. Very well taken care of.

Great condo - poor policy

Great location; perfect condo for family. We drove a full day to arrive early. Wouldn’t allow access till EXACTLY 4:00. Reception said it was due to VRBO policy. Very irritating. But condo is great!

Expensive Cleaning Charges, but not clean

Was charged $900/$650+$250 for COVID19 cleaning, one time cleaning fee, you’d think our place would be spotless for that kinda of charge, but sheets in MB were stained and not changed, empty wine bottle & stuffed pillows under bed w/some lose change...guess that was new storage area for pillows and trash. Every piece of furniture and Knick-knack and all the blinds were covered in a month’s worth of dust. Dead bugs, lint, and dust filled the lighting fixtures over the dining table, kinda gross when u sit down for dinner, then look up. All ceiling fans and bathroom vents were caked with dust, haven’t been cleaned in many many months...dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. Lamp in bunk bed room stayed on, had a faulty turn on handle that I found behind the dresser. Obvious pet stayed there, there was dry dog food kernels on the floor, near the kitchen, and cigarette smoke in the Queen guest bedroom off the balcony where I slept. Property management did send a lady the next morning to clean it, while we were there, but things showed up after she left (master bedroom sheets not being clean with empty wine bottle and trash stuffed under the bed)...friends, who stayed in there, came the following day and slept on top the sheets. Being presented as clean, before we arrived was the furthest thought from mind with the hefty cleaning price, it didn’t make me feel like COVID19 cleaning fee took place at all before I arrived, yet I am being charged for it.

Great condo very nousy

The condo was great spacious and comfortable. The noise all night from the snow removal equipment in the parking lots and plaza are unbearable. We could not sleep. Constant backup beepers on the snow removal equipment from 2 am until 7:30 am. We would not stay at this location again due to the noise.

Stinky condo bad service

We arrived late in the evening after a long drive to this condo. The second we walked in all my children immediately plugged noses due to the smell of cigarettes smoke. When I called the management company they told me to open a window and it should be fine. It was about 45 degrees out side that night so we didn’t really feel like it was a good option. They offered to fumigate the room, but the couldn’t move us to another room. We decided to make other arrangements in there area. They threatened not to give use our money back but eventually did.

Summer at Purgatory the best!

For a family vacation, Purgatory in the summer can’t be beat! With activities like zip lining, ropes course, mountain biking and swimming at the base to fly fishing nearby, there’s something for everyone. This property is right in the main building and had easy access to “the club” amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, pool table, dining). It has a lovely balcony that overlooks the main square with views of snow-capped mountains. A great place for families!
