Great place. There were a few items that could use TLC like one of the living room couches. Overall worked perfectly for us. There’s a trolley stop a 1-min walk away, which made getting into downtown easy.Yes there was street noise, but with the white noise machine on just a low setting, it didn’t bother us.

Great Place Overall!

Verbo Home was a perfect choice for our stay! The decor was super cute, and it met all of our needs. The space was roomy, attractive, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Great place and location to enjoy Durango

We spent a week here with our two adult sons to visit our daughter who lives close. The place is modern and clean with everything you need for cooking (even grilling outside). Parking is easy. The location is wonderful ... a 3-minute walk to the trail along the river and to the trolley stop on Main Ave to downtown. Lots of great restaurants in Durango (Fridas is close by.) We went to Mesa Verde and Ouray during our stay ... worth the trip! And yes, the host is responsive ... we had a few questions.

Inaccurate listing.

The place was really nice but the listing stated it was a 10 minute walk to downtown but it is at least a 20 minute walk. The light switches and blind system were designed very poorly.

All of my group commented on what a lovely property I picked! Great location — not far from downtown. Convenient to the bike trail. Well-stocked kitchen. Immaculate property. Only negative was the washer was not working. Everything else was perfect.

Annual family outing

The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Located close to downtown and just a stones throw from the bike routes along the Animas. We truly loved staying at this property and will hopefully be able to return next year. One of the best stays we’ve had over the years in Durango. The property made the entire process easy and lived the welcome packs.

An Oasis

We loved the townhome and the location. Plenty of space, great kitchen; parking and places to walk the dogs. Great coffee and deli all within walking distance. You can cross Main Street and head straight to the river trail to head downtown. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was a huge help so that we might watch Peacock and the Olympics.

Great place!

The condo was clean, in a good area of town. The only negative was the windows did not seal well, allowing lots of road noise in from Main Street. The owners have placed white noise machines in the bedrooms which is nice, but I would recommend bringing earplugs unless you are not bothered by passing cars. Other than the road noise, I highly recommend this condo!

Family 4th of July Reunion

We had such an enjoyable visit to Durango, and the condo was perfect for our group of 6 family members. The interior was updated with modern amenities yet comfortable and was well stocked with basic household and kitchen essentials. The only negative I would be the road noise from the street outside the unit, however we were here over a holiday weekend when tourism was at a peak, and you honestly get used to it after the first night. Also, parking was so convenient and offered enough spaces for two vehicles, which is rare in Durango. Loved it and will absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had five adults in our group and our condo was the perfect place! The layout was great and we felt that we had plenty of room. The street noise was a bit loud in the evenings but we brought fans for sleeping so it was a non-issue for us (they do provide sound machines in all bedrooms). The property manager/owners were very responsive and helpful! The bath towels and bed pillows could be improved upon, but other than that things were great! We would absolutely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Beautiful property. Communication with owner for access was top notch. The interior was clean and REALLY nice. The only drawback is location on the Main Street and some traffic noise. The sound machines were a nice addition to have and definitely helped, but if you can’t sleep with white noise or water etc. you might struggle in two of the bedrooms.

Long Weekend with Friends

We came to Durango with our little ones for the Polar Express Train experience. We were really pleased with the convenience of this property to town (less than ten minutes to the station parking) and the helpful layout for two couples with infants on different schedules. We felt the apartment had high end finishes with the added bonus of little amenity packages. It is located on a busy road, but we weren’t bothered by this with the noise machines provided. We recommend checking the thermostat settings so that you don’t wake up freezing because the default night setting is 60 degrees! Our only complaint was that the master bedrooms sheets didn’t seem as clean as they could be with old dirt stains on the comforter and a few rogue hairs. We addressed this with the property manager who responded quickly and luckily there were spare sheet sets available. We also didn’t feel that the coffee pot had been cleaned so further attention to detail in this area would be appreciated. However, we would definitely choose to stay again on future visits. The property felt safe and easy to access with keypads on both doors.

Durango Downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & appreciated the proximity to hiking trails and restaurants. Beautiful kitchen & bathrooms, that were well stocked. Plenty of towels and bedding. Plenty of smart, home features, including lighting, air conditioning and automatic blinds Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex & soaps. dishwasher pods. Had no problem with parking. Owner is very friendly. Please make a note that the unit is situated directly on Main Avenue so you will have to anticipate traffic noise. They do have white noise machines which is helpful, but trucks, motorcycles, ambulances, etc. can definitely be disruptive to sleep.
