We have never stayed in a home that exceeded our expectations like this home . The location is perfect . Even with 2 kid skiers it was effortless to get them where they needed to be . For adults , it was a dream . It was equipped with every incidental thing we forgot to pack and made our trip so easy . Looking forward to next year staying here again .

We’ve stayed at this property twice and each visit has been great. The owner is very responsive, and the house is lovely. It is spacious and perfect for a big family or multiple couples. It’s also filled with thoughtful extras that make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

BEST EVER!!! Temperatures were hot down in Durango, but at least 10 cooler up on the mountain. So so glad we chose this condo!! It was perfect for my husband and I, our three daughters and each of their families. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The bunk room was perfect for the family with three children. The beds were excellent, the kitchen had every spice, pan and appliance we could need, and everything in the entire condo made me feel like we were a personal guest in Mimi‘s home. We were able to sit on the patio enjoying the cool mountain air and played multiple games of Uno as a family. The personal service can not be matched. We definitely would choose this condo again for our next trip to Durango!!!!!!

Family Condo Christmas 2024

Our family of 13 gets together for Christmas every other year. Our parents in their 70’s, 3 siblings, all our children and one great grand child. This year we had the privilege of staying in Mimi’s Condo! WHAT A TREAT!! This condo was PERFECT for our whole family ranging from 75 years old to 5 months. She had everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable AND THEN SOME!! She has been the EASIEST, most kind and accommodating hostess we’ve dealt with in all our years of renting VRBOs. The condo is closely located to the “beach” or base of the slopes. We highly recommend Mimis Mountain luxury Condo! You will not be disappointed. We are hopeful to be able to rent here again! Best Christmas Condo we’ve ever stayed at!! Thank you Mimi! You are A WONDERFUL HOSTESS!!

Ski Trip to Purgatory

What a beautiful property in Purgatory! Location, location, location! The views are amazing. We were with family and friends and had plenty of room to spread out. This property has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Mimi was wonderful to work with before and during our trip. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing, best VRBO owner we have ever worked with

We have stayed in VRBOs all over the world, and love to stay in snow country during my wifes birthday, and pre-Christmas for a family reunion with our adult aged kids. Many of the VRBOs we have stayed run into several thousand dollar range. I share this so you know the context when I say this VRBO host has been the most gracious and generous and responsive host in our experience. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our accommodations and pleased with our setup. When we had an access issue, they picked up the phone on the first ring and offered a half dozen solutions to trouble shoot the issue. AMAZING! Finally, we have never seen as well stocked of a house as this. Full kitchen - we were able to cook meals for a big family and they had all of the pots, pans, dishes, spices, and extras we needed - some of which saved us an hour long round trip into town. One last note - this host, made sure the house had extras - extra soap, extra lotion, extra garbage bags, and snacks - all free. (this was quite a contrast to an intuitional owner we had a couple of years go who only provided one garbage bag, one dishwasher pod and no extras). I cannot begin to say enough nice things about this host! We Highly highly recommend you stay in this residence with this host!

Fantastic summer vacation

We had a wonderful experience staying in this townhouse! The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and very well stocked with all we needed! We had a party of 12 and everyone had their own bed which was so nice! We will definitely stay here again!

Best Vacay Ever!

We took a large group of friends on a Spring Break skiing trip, and this place is amazing. We had all the comforts of home and then some. The property was clean and very well stocked, and the property manager was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. This will definitely be an annual trip from now on!

Great Winter Break
