We had a great stay in this townhouse with two families and a dog in the beginning of August. The views of the mountains were beautiful and proximity to Durango and Silverton was perfect. Being so close to Purgatory Resort allowed us to use the amenities and enjoy all the summer activities on the mountain. The house had everything you needed and was very cozy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Literally could not have been more perfect. This was completely the absolute best location possible for a family with small kids. Right next to the beginner lifts and magic carpet. Great for sledding after the ski day is done. Beds very comfortable. Water is hot. Hot tub is hot and clean and private enough. Kitchen fully equipped. Hosts very responsive. Everything was amazing and would totally try to rent this place again.

Great property

This property was great. The location is amazing, and the layout of the unit worked perfectly for our family. My only suggestion is that it needs some new pans and cookie sheets in the kitchen. Other than that, everything worked well for us.

Loved this property. Pictures as promised. Small MINOR details: master shower needs bath mat, more towels, more drinking glasses, big water,(not wine)😂but splendid stay, just awesome. Communication with host was A+++ highly recommend!!!

Awesome Stay

We love staying here! This was our second time here in the last few years. Great location. There is everything you need for a great ski vacation. I might recommend a little kitchen supply refresh, as well as a bedding refresh. Sheets and pillow cases were clean and just fine but the comforters and shams are showing signs of wear. These are such minor issues though and not ones that made any difference in how much we enjoy staying here. Communication and friendliness of the property managers were incredible as well.

The townhome was perfect for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and the hot tub was a relaxing way to end each evening. The townhome was conveniently situated by the bunny slopes, which was perfect for a family of beginner skiers. We look forward to renting this home again.

Spring break

House is perfect for our family of 5. Ski in/ski out location is very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing lunches and dinner each day. The grill on the deck worked well for steaks one night. Hot tub is a nice perk. Only complaints. 1.Had some minor issues with the fireplaces. They need new remotes. 2. Some sort of connection issue with the TV/Netflix in the master bedroom. We notified the property manager multiple times. They right away but no one ever fixed it. bedroom.

Entrance of Purgatory resort rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely built townhome however Keith please put some TLC into the details of the place. The structure and layout of the rental was great but the dishwasher was not functioning properly, more drinking glasses needed and the cooking utensils, with the exception of 2 wooden spoons, are just cheap plastic. Also, the 2 frying pans are scratched up teflon. Stainless steel is always a safe, non toxic option for cookware. More bath towels needed for master bath and not thin resort striped towels. Please notify your future guest of the NOISY CONSTRUCTION currently going on from across the street. It was loud and stressful and weekdays it was difficult to even open windows or sit outside. Housekeeping was polite and professional and the resort is beautiful so just keep up with the place a bit better and it will be a nice rental.

Great location!

Great location to easily access the lifts and resort. We like that it was an end unit, felt more open in the parking area. Management was very easy to get in touch with. Check in and out was very easy. Only suggestion would be to replace the full mattress in the downstairs bedroom. Overall amazing experience and we will be back! Thanks for sharing your home!

The best place to stay!!

We had the best experience here! The home was clean and ready when we arrived, and necessities were stocked. This unit is the corner unit and you are at the base of the mountain. We loved being just steps away from the bunny slope, the lifts and the tubing hill! Seriously so convenient, especially since we were traveling with 4 kids. The view was amazing. We had a blast and we will for sure be coming back to this place!

Overall this location was great and had everything we needed plus so much more!

Our stay was great! The size and location was perfect for our family of 8 vacation! The hot tub was an added hit for the kids and parents alike. The fresh air of the mountains was refreshing even in August. The resort amenities and activities were fun but everything has additional fees. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great location just outside of Durango with gorgeous views and activities!!! The management company was very easy to deal with as well.

Excellent property

Our family of 6 had a wonderful week at this property. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the private hot tub and the grill on the deck. The views were amazing! The location is ideal and central to both Durango and Silverton, and there are many hiking trails within walking distance or just a short drive.
