"We were four seniors, stayed 4 nights, lots of room, beds were very comfy, downstairs was great, game room was awesome.House is close to downtown Durango, like 6 minutes.Sidewalk up to house needs repair, couple serious cracks.Front porch was nice with chairs and table. Back deck was crowded with furniture and grill, but we cooked two dinners on grill, and only half worked, could not get one set of burners to light, but we made do.If you are tv people, giant living room tv, nice size tv in...
