We had a great stay here! It is walking distance from downtown, the narrow gauge railroad, and the river path, which was lovely. The host communicated well. The setup was a little bit difficult with all the bedrooms on the second floor and only the master bath. All other visitors had to use the first floor bathroom. The kitchen also could have been more well-stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Durango.

We stayed with 2 other couples. Wonderful rental in downtown Durango. Easy walk to everything (less than 8-10 blocks). We appreciated that there was a separate air conditioner in each room. The master bath is fabulous! The kitchen is well equipped and the place is very clean. Cable TV so we could watch the baseball playoffs (without streaming).There is A LOT to do within walking distance. Wish we could have stayed longer.If you have not yet, take the Durango - Silverton train (walking distance). Either the Alamosa or Cinco Animas car (the last car on the train). It costs a bit more, but worth it.Also, make sure to visit the Durango Distillery. Great vibe and adult beverages.

An exceptionally clean and well-kept property. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living area was a great place to relax after adventures around town. We enjoyed being very close to the Animas riverwalk and were able to walk across the pedestrian bridge at Rotary Park to easily access the Durango Trout Hatchery and Durango Public Library & Botanic Gardens. This would be an ideal property for anyone keen on using bikes to access the Animas River Trail. The loft bed was a favorite for our kids and they also enjoyed being able to step out on the front porch to see the steam train leaving for and returning from Silverton.

Highly recommended! As experienced guests (400 nights in 50 short term rentals), this home checks the boxes that matter. From a quality and design standpoint, this is one of the best properties we have ever experienced. It’s stylish and cozy. The furniture is comfortable, and there’s plenty of room to spread out. The main bathroom is simply stunning. It’s also an easy 10 minute walk to the center of town. The host Andrew is responsive, helpful, and friendly.When we return to the area, we will definitely stay here!

Great location! Such a beautiful area to walk around — the Animas River Trail is amazing to have so close, especially with the botanical garden right along it. We saw so much wildlife, explored downtown, and enjoyed plenty of restaurants. Got our steps in and loved every minute of it. Lots of wildlife and deer you name we seen it!

This place was perfect for me & siblings, attending a family reunion in Durango. The house is exactly as advertised and was very clean. This host provided the most accessories, i.e. towels, sheets, toilet paper, etc., than any house I have rented. The location is close to the train station, Mesa Verde, a grocery store and multiple restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! (One suggestion - add a "bar" to the main bathtub for short people to hold onto as the tub is pretty deep to step into) Thanks again Andrew - great place!

We really enjoyed the lication of the property in Durango. We walked to a lot of places which was a definite plus. The house was very clean and well appointed. This house was great! It was exactly as represented on the website. Really clean, plenty of space. It had everything we could possibly need, and was well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms had plenty of plugs next to the beds, there were soaps and body wash in the bathrooms. Plenty of games in the living room, and tvs in each bedroom. It is centrally located, and easy to get to. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in Durango! My husband and I, with our dog, had a great one week stay working remote. Communication and check in were smooth. The place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space in the front and back of the house. So nice to have a parking spot right outside the door. Walkable to town and right next to a park, brewery, and the river trail. We loved enjoying the trail and the town right near the place!

This house was a great fit for our family of 5 during a week-long stay in Durango. The kids loved that we were less than a block from the river, hatchery and trails. The house was clean and easy to keep cool even during the middle of the summer. Host was attentive to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend.
