This place is absolutely breathtaking! Jeff was amazing at communicating all the things we needed to know and answered any questions proptly. The rooms were comfortable, everthing was clean and the little hospitality touches throughout the house were great! Did I mention it was beautiful?! I definitely recommended staying here!!! I hope to come back someday soon!!

Beautiful Scenic Getaway

Stayed here with friends and our father in law for Four Corners Rally. This home was like staying at a resort for the weekend. The host was very reachable and informative to make sure our stay was thw best it could be. Thank you!!

Colorado retreat

My family had a wonderful stay. The house is a wonderful retreat to get away from the hustle of everyday. The property was clean and the grounds were wonderful - better than advertised. The property owners were great and very responsive. My kids had fun playing in the pavilion with the basketball goal and hiking up the hill and exploring. The house is about 20-25 away from downtown Durango so it was easy to get to for shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property

Very clean and amazing views from both the decks. Really enjoyed the waterfall and pavilion. House was wonderfully stocked with condiments, coffee, snacks and kitchen utensils. Loved cooking in the kitchen! Would highly recommend to anyone and we plan to come back as soon as we can

Better Than Advertised!

This property is immaculate! The house is stunning and decorated so beautifully. You truly feel you are in someone's well-loved home. Supplies are well-stocked and they have thought of EVERYTHING!! The grounds are breathtaking along with the wildlife that comes around! The communication was great...very prompt to answer any questions we had. Can't say enough about this amazing property!

Hilltop Comfort and Convenience

We had a wonderful time. A short drive from Durango to our own private space. The night skies were amazing from the front porch. The house was neat and clean with a well-stocked kitchen when it comes to basics needed to cook. Our host Jeff was very responsive to all our questions. The home provided us with all of the space, privacy and comfort we could ask for after spending the week out in the beautiful surrounding nature. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay!

We loved this property so much! It was beautiful, with plenty of room for our group. The property manager had added many extras to help make our stay better. The views are spectacular, and the decks are perfect for enjoying the Colorado scenery and the garden. A wonderful place to stay!

Great views

The views from the front desk were awesome. The water feature in the back is really pretty. My sons loved the basketball under the pavillion. The beds were super comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. There is air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom only. Wish there had been a washer and dryer available but it was fine. We had a great stay!

Great hospitality

Great hospitality from the owner of this Bayfield property. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner and we were greeted with a lovely basket of snacks. The outside was perfect for enjoying time outside with the beautiful waterfall feature and large decks and patio. Overall the house was clean but there was an issue with the larger outdoor grill, which we informed the owner. (Reason behind the four stars for cleaning.) We would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway!

This property is amazing! Just a short distance from Durango, but also right outside of Bayfield, which has some great places to eat! The cabin was roomy, view and landscape were beautiful! (so relaxing to sit and listen/look at the waterfall in the back) We sat on the back deck every morning and watched the deer. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space and entertainment for the kids. The basketball court was a great way to end our day. Host was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Great Stay!

The location was great for us as we needed to get to Durango easily. Large great room with plenty of couch space for everyone. Kitchen and baths were well appointed. Entire property was very clean. The only thing we would have liked to have was a washer/dryer.

Great family vacation

The property was lovely. It was supplied with everything you need included lots of games for every age which was nice when you range from 1 year old to 70s. The house was very spacious and tou never felt like you were on top of anyone. Will definitely stay again.
