The house was beautiful like the ad! We had multiple problems with all appliances in this home! It was not resolved after talking with the management company, they sent a repairman out and that did not cover it either. The management company is not appropriately aware of how the appliances work in the home. When we complained about gas coming from the dryer, they told me that was not possible because it was electric! Come to find out it is gas, had to unplug the dryer and pull it from the wall to keep gas from coming out. Which meant we had one dryer in the home for 10 people. When we enter the home to begin our stay, the buzzer was going off on the gas range we tried to reset multiple times. But to no avail, contacted the Premier management, they said they would send somebody out to fix it we had to turn the breaker off to the range to keep it from not going off all night long. They sent someone the next day, all they did was flip the breaker on it took a few minutes it never came on for the repair man, but when we came home with another day it was going off, all he had done was turn the breaker back on. The double drawer refrigerator never did work. The gas range did not work along with a dryer. There were several lightbulbs and floodlights through the home not working. One light fixture in one bedroom had a broken light at the receptacle where we could not replace the bulb ourselves. The hot tub which we were there for seven days by the second day was reeking of odor and we had no chemicals to take care of it.
